Steven Dereck Chinsendenji is a dedicated environmental activist, climate justice advocate, and youth leader from Malawi. As the founder and leader of Hope Givers Foundation, he has been at the forefront of climate action, environmental conservation, and community empowerment, working to create lasting change in Malawi and beyond.

His work focuses on fossil fuel advocacy, climate education, and sustainable development, mobilizing youth and communities to take action against climate change. Through Hope Givers Foundation, he has led tree-planting initiatives, river protection projects, and awareness campaigns on waste management and biodiversity conservation. His efforts align with UN Sustainable Development Goal 13 (Climate Action), ensuring that local communities are engaged in global climate solutions.

Steven is actively involved in policy advocacy, environmental education, and grassroots mobilization, pushing for stronger climate policies and access to climate finance for underrepresented groups. He has organized climate justice workshops, led community cleanups, and participated in global climate movements, advocating for a just transition to renewable energy and the reduction of fossil fuels.

Beyond his environmental work, Steven is passionate about education and youth empowerment. He is currently working towards building a library, an arts center, and a secondary school in rural Malawi, ensuring that young people have access to quality education and opportunities for growth.

Lacilynn Graham is an Atmospheric Science and Earth Science major at The Ohio State University. She serves as an EMT for two local fire departments and is a certified storm spotter, storm chaser, and general amateur radio license holder. Lacilynn also collaborates with organizations involved in disaster relief, leveraging her expertise to enhance community safety during severe weather events.

She is actively involved in the Northwest Ohio Amateur Radio Club as the Vice President. In her spare time, she shares her storm spotting knowledge with museums, schools, and colleges, inspiring others to understand and engage with severe weather science.
