Adriana Kugler is an American economist and a Full Professor at the McCourt School of Public Policy and Economics at Georgetown University. During her more than 15 years at the university, she has served in several leadership roles, including Vice Provost for Faculty from 2013 to 2016. In that position, she worked to improve the Promotion and Tenure process, expanded faculty development through an NSF grant supporting women in STEM, redesigned new faculty orientation, and helped establish a new framework for non-tenure-track faculty.

Dr. Kugler served as Governor of the Federal Reserve Board from September 2023 to August 2025 after being nominated by President Biden and confirmed by the Senate. During that time, she participated in several Board committees, served as a voting member of the Federal Open Market Committee, and represented the Board at the Center for Latin American Monetary Studies. She also delivered speeches on inflation, monetary policy, employment, expectations, and housing while visiting 10 of the 12 Federal Reserve districts and meeting with communities across the country.

From 2022 to 2023, Dr. Kugler served as the U.S. Executive Director of the World Bank. Muhammed Bello Buhari is a digital rights practitioner and programme specialist working at the intersection of law, technology, and civic space, with a specific focus on internet shutdowns, digital infrastructure, and digital democracy in conflict-affected and politically fragile contexts.

Currently, he serves as the Programmes Officer (Anglophone West Africa) at Paradigm Initiative (PIN), where he leads strategic advocacy, digital rights and inclusion programs, and policy interventions in the region. His experience spans programme coordination, donor-funded project management, and high-level partner engagement. He has a track record of managing EU- and foundation-funded initiatives across multi-country settings, ensuring strict compliance and impact. Prior to PIN, Muhammed Bello held roles at CIVICUS: World Alliance for Citizen Participation (Digital Democracy Initiative), Digital Grassroots, and Call A Lawyer Nigeria, where he coordinated advocacy campaigns, led research, and managed sub-grant processes.

Muhammed Bello is particularly interested in how state power, insecurity, and digital infrastructure intersect to shape access to rights. Sreedhar Ailu is a software quality practitioner specializing in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) governance, release readiness oversight, and quality risk management for large-scale regulated enterprise systems. With more than 13 years of experience, he has led and supported acceptance testing, deployment governance, and release decision-making across complex multi-vendor healthcare and public-sector technology programs.

His work focuses on the often-overlooked gap between successful testing and true production readiness. Drawing from real-world experience in highly regulated environments, he explores challenges related to regulatory interpretation alignment, testability coverage, release governance, and operational risk. His interests center on helping organizations make more informed release decisions when dependencies, integrations, and compliance requirements introduce hidden risk.

Sreedhar is an accepted speaker at CAST 2026 and an accepted author at PNSQC 2026. He actively contributes to the software quality community through practitioner research, conference participation, peer review, and knowledge sharing. Tuva Adams Tuva is the Chairman of The Global NGO Stakeholders Summit, a pan-African convening organised under Twende Green Planet.
