Justin Paluku is an IT Specialist and currently taking the MIT MacroMasters Data science course. Justin was born in May 1991, in Butembo, eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo where he was forced to flee to Uganda in 2012 looking for safety.

To support refugee and low income communities to access quality education and advanced technology in Africa, Justin has founded an organisation named Up With Africa based in Uganda.

About his work engagement, Justin has worked as a Research Enumerator with the University of Oxford - Refugee Study Center on a Refugee Economy Study in Uganda in 2018, where he successfully conducted interviews with 123 adult refugees from different slums and households.

Justin has also worked on many projects with the University of Toronto (for 6 years) in Uganda such as: refugees reproductive health, stress management and Virtual Reality as an mental health intervention, managing communication from online systems to refugees' WhatsApp massaging as part of the study.

Leisel Bogan is a technology and national security leader with experience across government, industry, and academia. She is a Research Fellow at the Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics, and Public Policy. Previously she served as a Senior Technical Advisor at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), where she focused on protecting critical infrastructure and countering nation-state cyber threats. Before CISA, she was a Senior Fellow for Cybersecurity, National Security and Technology for Senator Mark Warner, a Research Fellow at Harvard's Belfer Center under former Secretary of Defense Ash Carter, a Director at TechCongress, and led the inaugural Congressional Digital Service pilot on the House Select Committee on Modernization.

Earlier, she served as Senior Advisor and Chief of Staff to former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and worked for former Defense Secretary Bob Gates and former National Security Advisor Steve Hadley at RiceHadleyGates, primarily advising global clients on emerging technologies in emerging markets. She has also held roles at Palantir, Warner Bros., and PwC, and academic research appointments at Stanford University. A former Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, she currently serves on the Emerging Technology Advisory Board of the Idaho Department of Finance, advises several companies and nonprofits, and volunteers with refugee and mentorship programs. Tutaleni, is the driving force behind the growth of Game Development in Namibia and in Africa as a whole, as well as the bridge between South America and Africa when it comes to the Game Development space. After successfully completing the Enter Africa game development program Mr, Ilonga created his own game studio/company called TL Entertainment whereby he created games and was successfully able to import Global Game Jam and Game Jam +, whereby together with the partnership between TL Entertainment and Game Jam+ there was a bridge built between Namibia and Brazil.

With the games that where created not proving to be profitable, Mr Ilonga would take part in a CEP program whereby he would like up with Vaughan, Veronica and Ndamono and together they would form Edu-Game Namibia to create an innovation hub around gaming to ensure that the market because sustainable around gaming and ensure future Namibian generations will be able to profit from it.

With 7 Years’ experience in Gaming Mr Ilonga has won a few awards and also became the flag career for Gaming especially at the Forbes where he and Vaughan would help Edu-Game Namibia make it to the top 3 pitch battle final. Currently Mr Ilonga together with Edu-Game are working on a curriculum to gamify the education system.
