I'm a curious and driven student working at the intersection of computational science and scientific research to share my ideas with the world. A recent high school graduate from Nusrat Senior Secondary School with some BIG tech wins under my belt.

Currently, I’m a Data Science Intern at the Medical Research Council Unit The Gambia (MRCG), part of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, where I’m working on computer vision projects and sharpening my skills under the mentorship of experienced researchers and supervisors. Before this, I served as the Lead AI and Machine Learning Intern at Obentas Global Technology Company, where I worked on deepfake detection and ethical AI development.

My love for tech started early. I found myself asking big, sometimes existential questions about how computational methods can be used to solve everyday problems. This passion led me into the world of web development and machine learning, and I soon realized I could use these skills to build real-world solutions that matter.

While still in high school, I launched tech- and research-based initiatives to tackle local issues. One of my proudest moments was publishing a research paper titled Lowel AI: Using Machine Learning Algorithms and BLA Sensors to Detect Harmful Bacteria in Water—an AI-based solution to water safety challenges. I’m also the founder of StemBia, an initiative aimed at solving real challenges in The Gambia using AI, engineering, and computational science.

At Nusrat, I led the ICT Club as both President and lead instructor during the 2023/2024 academic year, mentoring peers and organizing tech events.

Outside of work and school, I run a YouTube channel called CBJtech, where I create content on programming, AI, and navigating tech as a student in Africa. It’s my small way of giving back and helping others grow in tech too.

When I’m not coding, working on a research project, or editing a tech video, I enjoy playing sports, spending time with family, or eating way too much chocolate. I currently reside in The Gambia.

Before I ever encountered Agile, I spent nearly a decade navigating the worlds of Project and Product Management, constantly problem-solving, managing competing priorities, and bumping up against the same frustrating patterns: legacy systems, outdated processes, and organizational cultures resistant to change. It often felt like great work was possible, but buried beneath layers of complexity and inertia.

Then, I discovered Agile, not just as a methodology but as a new way of seeing. Suddenly, what had felt immovable started to shift. Change no longer seemed like an abstract hope; it became accessible, actionable, and human. But that’s when the real work began.

Agile isn't just a set of practices; it's a language, mindset, and way of operating that challenges our deepest assumptions about control, predictability, and progress. Bringing that into organisations often felt like painting with watercolors on iron steel.

To cut through, I began creating visuals and frameworks that made complex concepts simple and abstract ideas tangible. This became a superpower: turning clarity into capability. That’s how The Agile Xpert was born. A platform dedicated to helping coaches and teams move beyond buzzwords to real, resonant transformation.

Today, I work as an enterprise agility coach and leadership consultant, partnering with senior leaders, teams, and organisations ready to rethink what’s possible. Whether I’m coaching executives, facilitating change, or speaking on stage, I bring a deep curiosity, strategic insight, and a passion for making agility not only understood but lived.

My work focuses on:

Agile Coaching: Translating Agile into culture, behaviour, and sustainable practice.

Systems Thinking: Helping organisations see the bigger picture and untangle complexity.

Agile Leadership: Supporting leaders in shifting mindsets, not just metrics.

Visual Facilitation: Using design and storytelling to spark insight and engagement.

Whether you're new to Agile or leading an enterprise-wide transformation, my mission is simple: to help you see clearly, think differently, and lead with confidence in a world of constant change.

Per Jacob Solli

Per Jacob Solli

Per Jacob Solli is the founder, president, and CEO of Kokoon Global Inc., which offers ultra-luxury healthcare and wellness. Born in Brønnøysund, Norway, and now residing in Florida, he has spent over thirty years building businesses, training top-level athletes, and setting a standard for leadership through action.

Kokoon began as a vision in 2007. What started as an idea gradually became a reality that far exceeded expectations. Drawing on decades of experience in diverse industries, Jacob transformed Kokoon into a multi-million-dollar company delivering elite-level wellness and medical services that focus on producing tangible results.
His entry into health innovation was driven by personal struggle. In 2000, he was violently attacked with an iron bar, which led to more than a dozen surgeries over the years, the most recent in 2022. When traditional medical treatments failed to cure the following infection, he turned to what he knew best—discipline, sports science, and trusted experts. Training six days a week, he rebuilt his physical strength from the ground up. In 2006–2007, he applied alternative methods to help extend his mother’s life by over 15 years. That experience convinced him there was a better way to care for people, and that conviction became the foundation of Kokoon.

Before founding the company, he spent years coaching high-performance soccer across Europe. Working with elite athletes taught him discipline, focus, and adaptability—qualities central to his leadership style today. Managing different personalities, making decisions under pressure, and uniting teams toward shared goals while meeting individual needs became part of his natural approach to leadership.

Under his guidance, Kokoon Global Inc. is a healthcare provider and a movement. The company is debt-free, cash-rich, and owns 100% of its assets, with no lenders involved. Its mission is clear: bring dignity and results to healthcare. Kokoon’s model blends traditional and advanced medicine with wellness-focused services, delivered by a carefully selected team of experts. Among them are industry veterans in their 70s and 80s, whose decades of experience offer unmatched insight.

Adaptability is one of Jacob’s defining strengths. He has worked closely with some of the world’s leading physicians and industrial advisors for nearly two decades to push Kokoon forward. During the COVID-19 lockdowns in Spain, when most businesses halted operations and uncertainty loomed, he chose a different path—opening new operations and turning risk into opportunity. This ability to pivot has kept Kokoon ahead of the curve.

Trust and integrity are at the core of his leadership. Investors know him as a hands-on, direct leader unafraid of difficult conversations. He has built a close-knit management team that is entirely mission-driven, ensuring that every decision aligns with Kokoon’s broader goals. Over the years, he has faced strong resistance from an industry often slow to change, including smear campaigns, online harassment, and two serious takeover attempts. None succeeded. Supported by his family, legal advisors, and business allies, he used these challenges to strengthen Kokoon’s independence and resilience.

Family is central to Per Jacob’s life. He is the father of two adult children, a daughter and a son in their early 30s, whom he considers his most outstanding achievements. Kokoon is part of the legacy he is building for them. Despite a demanding travel schedule between Norway and the United States, he remains focused on creating a better world for his children and the families Kokoon serves.

Kokoon’s growth is ongoing and ambitious. In May 2025, the company began constructing a primary clinic in the Canary Islands with 23 surgical rooms, setting the stage for larger projects. This development will help finance and accelerate the Miami Medical Resort, an innovative model that combines luxury living with advanced medical care. Plans also include establishing satellite centers in every U.S. and pursuing dual stock exchange listings in Norway and the United States.

What makes Kokoon unique among fast-growing companies is its dedication to staying mission-focused, avoiding corruption or compromise, and operating strictly within cash flow limits. This financial discipline keeps the company agile and centered on delivering value to its investors while maintaining its core purpose.

Per Jacob Solli is at the heart of Kokoon’s continued success. His background in coaching, entrepreneurship, and health science has given him a clear understanding of the fundamental challenges people face. From humble beginnings to building a global healthcare enterprise, he has committed to putting people first, delivering results, and preserving ethical standards. His vision is to create a successful business and a lasting impact—a healthcare model that upholds dignity, achieves measurable outcomes, and serves as a legacy for future generations.
