Olabamiji Ajisomo

Olabamiji Ajisomo helps organisations in regulated industries, where a lack of trust in data is a widespread challenge, to build confidence and drive change. Over nine years in technology have taken him from IT support and network infrastructure through cybersecurity and into his current role at Social Work England, a specialist statutory regulator, where he leads an enterprise-wide data transformation agenda, designing governance architecture, deploying technology, and driving change at the highest levels. He holds a BSc in Information Technology and an MSc in Cybersecurity with Advanced Practice (Distinction) from Teesside University.

Olabamiji speaks and facilitates at corporate and industry conferences and contributes to webinars and virtual panels. His workshops are designed to work across the room, giving technical practitioners and leadership teams the depth and context each needs to act. His sessions draw from real experience delivering enterprise-scale data transformation in high-compliance environments.

His commitment to the tech community runs deeper than any single event or platform. As a STEM Ambassador, he volunteers to bring real technology careers to life for young people across the UK. Through Equal Education Chances, a registered UK charity, he works alongside marginalised children and young people, providing mentorship and supporting them to develop the skills and confidence needed to achieve their goals, whatever their circumstances. For Olabamiji, speaking is one part of something larger: a genuine commitment to equipping the next generation to navigate the technology landscape with confidence.

A member of both DAMA International and DAMA UK, he is embedded in the global data management professional community. His central argument is one he returns to repeatedly: cybersecurity and data management are interdependent disciplines, and it is precisely at that intersection where the greatest organisational risk lives and where the most resilient practice begins.

Angelica Pacheco

Angelica Pacheco

Angelica Pacheco is an independent grassroots conservative leader, registered nurse, and dedicated mother of five who was born and raised in the heart of Hialeah, Florida. Her journey is defined by overcoming significant adversity from a young age, fueling a lifelong commitment to faith, family, and community service. Demonstrating relentless perseverance, she ran for public office unsuccessfully three times before decisively winning her seat on the Hialeah City Council on her fourth attempt, building her network with zero establishment money. Following her electoral triumph, she faced a highly complex, multi-million dollar federal legal challenge in mid-2024. Demonstrating the deep trust of her community, she was decisively elected as a Republican Executive Committeewoman just two months after the onset of the highly public case. Her commitment to transparency and administrative clarity ultimately resulted in the government completely dismissing all core fraud charges, resolving the matter under 18 U.S.C. § 1001 with a probation-only determination. Fully respecting the finality of the judicial process, Angelica continues to channel her energy into local civic advancement, nursing advocacy, and community outreach. As an independent leader, she is a firm believer in the Constitution and remains fiercely dedicated to her mission of protecting our liberties and freedom. As a speaker, she delivers an inspiring blueprint for grassroots candidates and entrepreneurs on how to break through political barriers, manage public crises, and build unbreakable personal resilience.

My work is shaped by professional experience and lived reality.

A career in law enforcement and public service has included leading programs focused on community safety, supporting missing persons investigations, and working in close partnership with Tribal communities across Washington State. That work has revealed gaps that often exist between systems and the communities served—and the critical role of trust built through consistency, respect, and accountability.

Connection to this work is also deeply personal.

Previously a foster parent, having an extended kinship network, and a descendant of a federal Indian boarding school survivor, bringing a perspective shaped by lived experience and a deep understanding of loss, resilience, and the lasting impacts of historical and intergenerational trauma. These experiences inform relationship-building, listening, and engagement—with a strong commitment to culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices.

Work alongside Tribal leaders, advocates, and partner agencies has supported efforts addressing Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and People (MMIWP), with a focus on strengthening collaboration and improving system responses.

At the core of my work is a belief that meaningful change happens at the intersection of relationships, accountability, and action. Focus remains on building trust and creating solutions informed by the voices and experiences of those most impacted.
