Susan Grafton is a partner in the Washington, DC and New York offices of Dechert LLP where she focuses her practice on advising broker-dealers, alternative trading systems, securities exchanges and investment managers on their business, regulatory, and compliance issues. She works closely with a variety of digital currency entrepreneurs in developing businesses that comply with the federal securities laws and other legal and regulatory requirements.
