Ryan Martin

Ryan Martin serves as the Director of Housing at The University of Tennessee at Martin. With nearly two decades of experience in student housing, Ryan has led transformative initiatives that enhance the residential experience while advocating for student needs and institutional growth.

A proud UT Martin alumnus, Ryan earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Education from the institution. His professional focus includes facilities planning, crisis response, strategic assessment, and fostering cross-campus collaboration. Most recently, he has been deeply engaged in planning a $50 million, 400-bed residence hall set to open in Fall 2028—a project that has provided unique insights into navigating financial approvals, consultant partnerships, and system-level politics within a regional campus setting.

Ryan has presented at state, regional, and national conferences, and his leadership has earned him multiple awards, including two occasions for the UT Martin Outstanding Employee Award and nominations for university system-wide recognition.

Outside of work, Ryan is married to fellow student affairs professional Rachel Martin. Together, they enjoy traveling and all the adventures that small town living has to offer.

Felicia Stuckey Smith

Felicia Stuckey-Smith, J.D., has more than 25 years of experience combining her legal background and educational knowledge as a district alternative education administrator, an elementary principal, secondary classroom and mentor teacher, Gifted and Talented Education Coordinator and BTSA Coordinator. She is highly knowledgeable, experienced and a dedicated educational leader.

Mrs. Stuckey-Smith distinguishes herself year after year with her extensive knowledge and unparalleled work ethic. As the Director, Student Services for the Mt. Diablo Unified School District, her responsibilities for over 29,000 economically and ethnically diverse students includes attendance, enrollment, discipline, transfers, health care services, Section 504, Home and Hospital and Foster Care and unhoused youth. She facilitated the Equity Advisory Team that created Board Policies on Equity and Disproportionality. She also directed the District Positive Behavior Team, a multi-disciplinary team that supports students with chronic behavior difficulties at risk of expulsion, as well as chaired a district-wide discipline team that developed behavioral expectations and a Behavior Matrix that addresses legal mandates, education codes and inequities in student discipline.

Currently, she chairs the Anti-Bias, Anti Racism Advisory (ABAR) Committee who examines issues related to bias, racism, and inequity in the District to actively guide the district in continuously identifying, describing, and dismantling the systemic racism and oppression embedded within our schools and communities. The committee collectively develops actionable steps for the work needed to transform systems and policies and make recommendations to the governing board on issues related to bias, racism, and inequity.

She was recognized as the Association of California School Administrator (ACSA), Alameda/Contra Costa County Region 6 Outstanding Pupil Services Administrator of the Year. She has served as the Chairperson and is the current Co-Chair of the California Association of Pupil Personnel Administrators (CAPPA). Recently, she was selected as Black Excellence, District Administrator of the Year.

Her active participation on the ACSA Student Services and Special Education Council and Every Child Counts Symposium planning committee demonstrates her unwavering commitment to all students and their families. She is a highly requested presenter to ACSA Special Education, Principal and Pupil Services Academies.

Mrs. Stuckey-Smith continues to lead school districts in the development and implementation of equitable programs to reduce suspension/expulsion rates, address disproportionality and increase educational success for all students.

Academic Background
Enrique holds a Law Degree from the University of Barcelona. He obtained a Master's Degree (MA) in International and Comparative Business Law from the London Guildhall University (now London Metropolitan) (1993). He obtained a PDD (Management Development Program) from IESE (2002) and a Certificate from the IE Law School in Blockchain: Legal Implications (2018), a Certificate in the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Program of the Saïd Business School (University of Oxford ) (2018), a Certificate in Digital Currency from the University of Nicosia (2019), a Postgraduate in Blockchain by BITBCN (2019), has a Diploma FT Non- executive Directors (2017) and has completed leadership and transformation programs at Stanford and INSEAD.
Academic Experience
Enrique currently lectures on business ethics and blockchain in different programs at IE Law School. He also lectures at the Master in Compliance of ICAB (Barcelona Bar Association). He is a Professor at Lismullin Institute, Timoney Leadership Institute (Ireland) and Universidad del Valle (Guatemala). In the past, he was a visiting lecturer at IESE and at IAE (Argentina). He is a frequent speaker at conferences on ethics and compliance, law and culture transformation. Since May 2021, Enrique is Academic Director of the IE-Elecnor Observatory on Sustainable Corporate Cultures.
Corporate Experience
Enrique is a practicing lawyer in Spain and England and Wales and a compliance officer. He has developed a large part of his professional career in senior management positions in multinational companies in the telecommunications and technology industries (VimpelCom/ VEON, Millicom, Nokia Siemens
Networks, Tyco, Dell) and professional and legal services (Arthur Andersen, Price Waterhouse, Freshfields), paying special attention to the establishment of robust compliance programs and the prevention of risk, and the management of legal and corporate governance issues in complex environments. He has led cultural transformations based on values and has advised on new ways of managing business replacing the hierarchy of conventional administration with the power distributed throughout the organization.
He is a co-founder of RealFund, an asset tokenization project, admitted to the first cohort of the Spanish fintech sandbox. He is a member of CryptoPlaza, a blockchain ecosystem in Madrid and is President of the Madrid Chapter of Government Blockchain Association (GBA).
