Serge Baumberger is a leader and innovator in software quality, test automation and DevOps. As Co-CEO of Infometis AG, he guides organisations in Switzerland and beyond in transforming their testing strategies through continuous testing, AI-powered workflows and resilient automation. Serge holds a Master in Business Information Technology and blends technical rigour with hands-on engineering leadership and university teaching. He is the creator of the Quality Tree Framework, a methodology that aligns people, processes and technology to deliver measurable improvements in software quality. Dexter W. Cunningham is a seasoned public safety leader and Pension Board Trustee with over 30 years of experience in law enforcement, risk management, career development, and executive security. A retired Detective Sergeant, he served 27 years with distinction, including work in narcotics and federal task forces.
After retirement, he continued in leadership roles as Director of Public Safety and Security Manager for major institutions, including Children’s of Alabama, overseeing operations, risk assessments, and large security teams.
He serves as a Trustee for the City of Birmingham’s Police and Fire Supplemental Pension Board and the Retirement & Relief Pension Board, helping oversee more than $1.3 billion in assets.

She has worked in accessibility industry since 1998, when she worked on the very first Australian accessible web site. Her major achievements include: six years’ active membership in the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Working Group contributing to WCAG2; her speech on the importance of web accessibility at the United Nations Conference of State Parties in 2015; and the release of the ICT Mobile Site Accessibility Testing Guidelines as the Mobile Sub-Committee Chair of the ICT Accessibility Testing Symposium.
