Her work spans machine learning research in cancer detection, AI safety testing in collaboration with OpenAI, and the preservation of Global South dialects through AI language model training. Two of Rich's career highlights include being in the command centers for the Billion Dollar Bracket and the Super Bowl launch of Rocket Mortgage.
