In his startup experience, Joe has helped transform two companies by establishing robust processes and governance enabling rapid growth. From 2010-2024 at Bristol Myers Squibb, he led global, cross-functional initiatives including outsourcing creative production, digital transformation for Medical Affairs, GDPR remediation for all of Worldwide Commercialization, enterprise software implementations, integration of acquired Turning Point Therapeutics, and enterprise Modular Content Strategy rollout. All of these initiatives were multi-year, global rollouts and his multifaceted role covered business and technology ownership, vendor selection and management, change management and communications as well as business process and training lead.
