His leadership in this role helped strengthen his skills in management and organizational oversight.

That same year, he entered the real estate industry with Keller Williams Metropolitan. In this position, he guided clients through the buying, selling, and renting process while managing listings and contracts. His professionalism and attention to client needs helped him build trust and long-term relationships.

At CiTY LiVN, he worked as a licensed real estate professional, focusing on financial modeling, cash flow projections, and property valuation. His role also involved underwriting, investment reporting, and acquisition analysis. Through this experience, he developed a deeper understanding of real estate finance and market dynamics, which became an essential part of his professional expertise.

In 2017, Pratik Gandhi became president of Mpire Builders, a company that acquires and redevelops multifamily properties in the Houston area.
