I am Cedric Raeymaeckers. I have 10 years of experience as a Consultant, with 7 of those years at Datashift, a Belgian consultancy firm focused on delivering value to our clients through close collaboration with the business. I was the fourth employee, and now we have 105 consultants, so it has been quite a ride. It's a cliché word, but I would describe myself best as a hybrid profile triggered by impact. I started my career in traditional DWH'ing and gradually shifted my focus to the productization of data pipelines within modern data platforms over the years. Today, I wear various hats on my projects, from Developer to Lead. In my spare time, you'll mostly find me with my classic car or in nature, together with my girlfriend and dog.

Manan is an SDE2 at Jaguar Land Rover in Bengaluru, India, where he develops scalable and robust test automation solutions for autonomous driving software.

Having graduated from IIT Bombay in 2022, Manan has since been working at JLR where he is deeply committed to fostering a strong engineering culture and, by extension, creating solutions that elevate the level of luxury their customers experience. He is also passionate about mentoring new graduates within the company.

Alongside his full-time role, he is also currently pursuing a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning to leverage AI in his day-to-day work, ultimately architecting next-generation solutions for the future of autonomous driving.
