Currently serving at BJ's Wholesale Club Inc., Prahlad has led transformative initiatives including warehouse management modernization, 3PL cross-dock implementations, and SAP integrations with industry-leading platforms such as Blue Yonder, Manhattan WMOS, and JDA. His work spans the full project lifecycle from solution design and workshop facilitation to cutover management and go-live support.
Prior to BJ's, Prahlad held senior consulting roles at Deloitte Consulting and Accenture, where he supported global clients across industries including retail, manufacturing, and energy. His experience includes SAP S/4 HANA implementations, EDI interface development, and ALE/IDoc-based integrations across complex multi-system environments.
Prahlad holds dual SAP certifications as a Certified Application Associate in SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Commissions Implementation, complementing an academic foundation in Mechanical Engineering. He is recognized for his ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions, lead cross-functional teams, and design scalable SAP architectures that drive operational efficiency.
