Dr. Attila Kornel-Markula studierte Philosophie und Musikwissenschaft an der Universität Münster. Neben der Musikästhetik der Stille forscht er u. a. zum transkulturellen Austausch von Klangsynthese im 20./21. Jahrhundert. Als Musiker ist er mit vielfältiger Musikproduktion vertraut.
Von 2017-2020 war er als Studien- und ERASMUS-Koordinator mit einem Lehrauftrag für fachspezifische Analyse an der Musikhochschule Münster tätig. Von 2021 bis 2024 wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der Universität Vechta (Zentrale Studienberatung) im Projekt ViBeS (Entwicklung innovativer Lehrkonzepte und Selbstlernmaterialien) sowie 2022 Lehrauftrag für Musikwissenschaft.
Von 2024 bis 2025 im International Office der Universität Vechta tätig im Bereich Studienvorbereitung und Studienerfolg (DAAD-Projekt FIT). Seit Juni 2025 Berater für geflüchtete Studieninteressierte und Studierende (International Office Münster)
