Krešimir Končić is a Croatian engineer, technology writer, and the founder and CEO of Neuralab. Since 2007, he has been building digital products and leading teams developing complex web and eCommerce applications for clients across Europe and the United States. Neuralab’s work has included projects for HBO, P&G and UNICEF.

His academic background spans mechanical engineering and artificial intelligence at the University of Zagreb, followed by a BSc (Honours) in industrial engineering at the UK’s Open University. His work asks how structure earns trust: content frameworks with testable rules, controlled vocabularies that hold up under AI-assisted work, and record schemas for information that moves between personal and institutional systems.

He created the Tiered Content Framework, a content strategy operating model that extends Atomic Design from interface components to content, governance, and the ecosystems content lives in, along with tcf-runtime, which runs the framework's trust rules as executable checks. I'm a Senior Product & Brand Designer with 7 years across fintech, B2B SaaS and health-tech; I design complex, high-stakes products end to end and then build many of them in code myself.

Most of my recent work lives at the intersection of design and AI-assisted development. I've been building and shipping live products with AI since mid-2025; and I've kept a steady cadence ever since, with new work going out most weeks.
