I was HR till 2013, moved to Johannesburg in 2016, travelled lot, had kids and decided not to go back to being HR and working hard to switch careers to UX/UI designer and Illustrator. Recently I found my dream design job at a startup, but was laid off, as they wanted to be a 'Web3' company and had no place for a beginner like me.
