Depuis plus de 20 ans, j'évolue à la croisée du design, du marketing, du développement commercial, de la communication et de la gestion de projet. Mon parcours m'a permis d'acquérir une vision globale des organisations et de comprendre comment relier des expertises parfois cloisonnées autour d'un objectif commun.

Kristen Elliott is an author, businesswoman, technology professional, and educator with a background of various analysis and consulting positions. I am a data leader covering aspects of data science, data engineering, and analytics. I currently do this as the Head of Data at Laka, a bicycle insurance start up with a unique customer-centric model of insurance. Some time ago I completed a PhD with the Department of Computing at Goldsmiths, University of London. This work focused on merging social and acoustic similarity spaces and using these notions of similarity to drive playlist creation and related user facing systems, principally autonomous group-request radio. Bringing people together is something that lives on through my workshops and training. Whether they take place online or on-premise, I facilitate workshops and learning experiences that focus on high participation, on learning by doing and verifying that the concepts are integrated. I use Live Online Learning Activities to ensure people get a chance to practice their understanding of the new concepts.

What better way is there to give meaning to what we say than to draw to make our thoughts explicit? When we add visual information to what we’re saying, suddenly our intention becomes much more precise, and we can begin to work on shared understanding. This is why I love bringing people in contact with the power of Visual Thinking, of getting back to our roots and using pen and paper to bring people closer together.

I spent 13 years deep in theater — acting, directing, building shows from the ground up on stages across California. That grind taught me how to tell stories with heart and hustle.

I transitioned into TV and film with multiple agents in Los Angeles and beyond. After years of auditions, near-misses, and industry politics, I realized the only way to keep creating on my own terms was to build it myself.

So I linked up with my creative partner — my right-hand man, Luke, my ‘right nut’ — and together we’ve written, shot, edited, and released **150 original short films** as the duo Homeboiflix. No big studio, no permission, just pure independent fire.

My name is Esther Davies and I’m a storytelling enthusiast with a basis in dramaturgy of classical theatre, later academically educated in film and creative writing for video games and other interactive forms. I'm a dramaturgy graduate who also attended screenplay workshops and a writing course at Nottingham University.
I'm a native English speaker born and raised in Croatia. I work as an English teacher for young children, teaching English through stories, books, and writing. My mostly theatrical background gave me a lot of insight into character development, making me pursue character-driven storylines. My love for fiction and books gave me a rich inner world which helps with my worldbuilding.
I've been writing plays for group participants for ZKM, the Zagreb Theatre of Youth, since I was 13 years of age. I inhale books, write short prose and fiction, and have been selected as a candidate for short story contests. I also study philosophy and immerse a lot of philosophical streams of thought into my work. .

I am currently working on a Transmedia project, which will have a theatre play as its main domain, and have a narrative extension in the form of a video game concept.

I discovered circus performance in 2016. Since I was not only indulged in writing but also performing and acting, the discovery of object manipulation was an additional portal for me to express my ideas through movement. I started working on traffic lights back in 2018., evolving onto the streets of the coast, and then on the underground scene of the "Dvorana za izvedbene umjetnosti" Medika and "Triko Cirkus Teatar".

I loved the idea of not being bound to a certain theatre, director or studio, but to just make a stage wherever I am and freely express something others find out of this world, but is closer than we think.

Daniel has been a software engineer for nearly 20 years, specializing in front-end development since 2013.
He describes himself as a Creative Web Developer because he loves bringing a unique perspective to the projects he works on.

Throughout his career, he has seen it all: from a 5-person startup to a hospital’s IT department, all the way up to a multinational corporation with 20000 employees, not to mention the "classic" year as a freelancer. Jasmin Börsig (she/her) is a Software Architect at persolog GmbH in Germany. Since 2021 she has led the rebuild of persolog Online - a Kotlin/Spring Boot microservice platform with a Vue 3 frontend, serving an international network of trainers and companies in 10+ languages. She started the rebuild as the sole developer and grew the project into a self-organized team while owning architecture, product decisions, and large parts of the implementation.
