Alan worked in the IT realm for large and small companies from 1971 until 2019 and still tries to keep current with changing trends.

In Alan’s spare time, he volunteers with a local organization that sends him to the homes of the elderly (older than himself) to fix their computers.

Alan is currently a member of the Board of Governors of The Collectors Club (NY), along with being their webmaster and membership chair, Webster Groves (MO) Stamp Club, secretary-treasurer of the APS Writers Unit #30, and the secretary of the Gastronomy on Stamps Study Group.

Caleb is a hacker-turned-artist who specializes in mathy lenticular holograms. Using math he learned doing radio hacking (breaking into cars and bypassing security systems), Caleb now visually explores various mathematical landscapes. He is the creator of the worlds first non-binary graphing calculator - a free program called FuzzyGraph. FuzzyGraph shows not only where equations are exactly equal (like conventional true/false graphing calculators do), but also shows where equations are close to equal (or far from equal). This produces wild and colorful gradients which show a whole new dimension to mathematical topographies that conventional true/false graphing calculators do not show.

Caleb has presented his research and art at many conferences including DEF CON, PyCon, HOPE 2024, Cyphercon, Thotcon, Deepsec, and many others. Caleb has exhibited art at various galleries including Cat Eye Creative, 29 North, GilmerArts, and the Marblehead Arts Association. Since moving to Ireland in 2022, Juliane Gorman has been deeply inspired by the landscape and by the abundance of sheep that dot the Irish countryside. She was surprised to discover that their wool is no longer widely valued and is often treated as waste. This tension between a rich natural resource and its present underuse has become central to her creative practice.

In 2025, she began working more intentionally with Irish wool, exploring its textures and potential while reconnecting with a material that is both local and forgotten.

Drawn always to colour and to the shoreline, she began combining cyanotype printing with felting. Using seaweed foraged above the tideline, she creates sun-printed images on silk, which are then integrated into wool.

Through this process, Juliane transforms two undervalued natural materials, wool and seaweed, into works that celebrate the beauty of Ireland’s coast and countryside.

I currently do this as the Head of Data at Laka, a bicycle insurance start up with a unique customer-centric model of insurance. Some time ago I completed a PhD with the Department of Computing at Goldsmiths, University of London. Bringing people together is something that lives on through my workshops and training. Whether they take place online or on-premise, I facilitate workshops and learning experiences that focus on high participation, on learning by doing and verifying that the concepts are integrated. I use Live Online Learning Activities to ensure people get a chance to practice their understanding of the new concepts.

What better way is there to give meaning to what we say than to draw to make our thoughts explicit? When we add visual information to what we’re saying, suddenly our intention becomes much more precise, and we can begin to work on shared understanding. This is why I love bringing people in contact with the power of Visual Thinking, of getting back to our roots and using pen and paper to bring people closer together.
