Born in 1987 in Zagreb, Croatia I had a simple upbringing. Product of a working-class family I lived with big dreams and not too many open options to follow the goal of becoming a professional writer. I always knew I wanted to be one. It was one thing that made my day, regardless of how complex the day was. Sadly my family saw little value in my scribbling and drawing, and in place of having a choice, I was made to choose the safe option. There was simply no room for dreams at the time. So, as most likely anyone I have ever met in Croatia – Economics it was. I have a total of 6 months of working experience in the field in my entire work career.

Currently, 35, mother of one beautiful girl, working general jobs to support my small family of partner and child. Chasing after what they told me was impossible and working on my dream to be a writer. Not just for me; but for my family.
