As a manager, I led the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central project at Petrobras, coordinated various platform projects, implemented the HR module in ServiceNow, and recently, applied the SAFe methodology for HR technology management and implementation. I also gained HR experience as a business partner and process designer at Petrobras.
Before that, at COPPE/UFRJ, I helped design, develop and run the Desafio Sebrae business game. It was a for college students that reached hundreds game of thousands of players in South America. It was so fun!
