Olayiwola Akinnagbe

Olayiwola Akinnagbe

Olayiwola Akinnagbe is a Senior Backend Engineer and AI researcher working at the intersection of financial technology, distributed systems, and intelligent human–AI collaboration. His work is guided by a clear conviction: systems should not merely function. They should scale, adapt, and strengthen the people who use them.

In the fintech sector, Olayiwola architects API-first, event-driven microservices that power payments, loan origination, and high-volume transaction platforms processing over one million API requests daily. He designs secure and resilient backend infrastructures using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and AWS. By applying CQRS principles, low-latency search optimization, and cloud-native deployment strategies, he consistently delivers measurable improvements in latency, throughput, and system reliability.

His contribution extends beyond engineering practice into scholarly research. He is the author of the peer-reviewed paper “Human–AI Collaboration: Enhancing Productivity and Decision-Making,” where he reframed artificial intelligence not as automation, but as cognitive partnership. His work examines how humans and intelligent systems can intentionally distribute cognitive responsibility while preserving human agency. This framework has been recognized for its clarity in explaining productivity acceleration and hybrid decision-making models.

Olayiwola holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology, graduating in the top five percent of his class, with research focused on machine learning–based malware detection. His broader publications span AI in finance, cybersecurity, federated learning, and predictive modeling for risk management. This combination of production engineering and academic inquiry enables him to translate theoretical insight into secure, deployable, and economically sound systems.

An AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Developer, he is committed to building architectures that are secure by design, resilient under pressure, and optimized for real-world constraints. He mentors engineers, contributes to technical scholarship, and speaks on system design, fintech infrastructure, and the evolving discipline of human–AI collaborative intelligence.

For Olayiwola, technology is not only about writing code. It is about designing systems that expand human capability while preserving judgment, responsibility, and trust.

Helen Millar

Helen Millar

Helen Millar is a speaker, emotional intelligence consultant and transformation coach helping leaders, founders and organisations build the inner capacity to thrive in the age of AI.

With nearly two decades of international coaching experience, an award-winning acting career and a profound personal healing journey, Helen brings rare depth to conversations about leadership, change, resilience and human potential. Her work sits at the intersection of emotional fitness, conscious leadership, communication, psychology, money, faith and strategy.

Helen is a regular speaker at Oxford, Cambridge and London Business Schools, has been featured on the Discovery Channel across three continents, and is the founder of Helen Millar, Hearty.Company and Heart Healer®. Through Hearty, her consultancy brand, she works with organisations and executive teams on emotional intelligence, leadership presence and the human skills AI cannot replace.

Her signature keynote, Emotional Fitness is the Leadership Edge in the Age of AI, explores why the future will not belong to the most intelligent machines alone, but to the most emotionally intelligent leaders. As technology accelerates, leaders need more than strategy, systems and skills. They need nervous system capacity, discernment, authenticity, relational intelligence and the ability to meet uncertainty without collapse or control.

Helen also speaks powerfully on healing your relationship with money, self-worth and change, particularly for female founders, creatives and high-achieving professionals whose external success has outpaced their internal stability. Having transformed her own life from self-sabotage, ill health and financial scarcity into a thriving portfolio of meaningful work, property, investment and global impact, Helen does not speak about transformation as theory. She has lived it.

Her approach combines emotional intelligence, psychological insight, spiritual wisdom and grounded business acumen through her Head to Heart Living and Head to Heart Leadership frameworks. The result is work that is intelligent, human, practical and deeply transformational.

Helen’s talks are ideal for organisations, leadership events, women’s leadership programmes, founder communities, wellbeing conferences and future-of-work conversations seeking a speaker who can bring emotional depth, commercial relevance and a powerful human perspective to the age of AI.

I’m a Software Engineer specialized in Frontend, currently working as a Tech Lead at CaixaBank Tech.

I have over 11 years of experience building web applications, and over time my focus has progressively shifted toward a specific area: improving how users interact with interfaces, going beyond pixel-perfect design or pure performance.

I’m passionate about psychology and neuroscience, and today I try to apply these disciplines in my work to better understand what happens when an interface changes and how that impacts the real user experience.

Throughout my career, I’ve also had the opportunity to work abroad twice (Ireland and Germany), which has helped me broaden my perspective and refine the way I approach concepts.

I enjoy technology and continuously evolving, and I’m particularly interested in sharing ideas and bringing them into real-world scenarios, so that other teams and projects can apply them and create a more positive impact on how we build software.

Randy Finch of Sarasota

Randy Finch of Sarasota

Randy Finch of Sarasota is a roofing contractor, business owner, and former Marine whose life reflects service, discipline, and long-term commitment to skilled work. Based in Florida, he has built his career through direct experience, steady effort, and a practical understanding of responsibility. His path includes military service, many years in the roofing field, business leadership, and technical work related to legal disputes. Across each stage of that path, he has remained focused on doing useful work, meeting obligations, and earning trust through actions rather than promises.

Randy Finch spent his early years in the community where he was raised and completed his education before graduating from high school. After that, he chose to enlist in the Marine Corps during Operation Iraqi Freedom and served in frontline combat roles. That kind of service demanded mental toughness, discipline, and the ability to act under pressure. The experience shaped how he viewed duty, teamwork, and sacrifice, and it gave him habits that continued to guide him after he returned to civilian life.

Randy Finch entered the roofing industry after completing military service and began learning the trade through direct, hands-on work. Over approximately 18 years, he developed a broad knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems by working in real job conditions and gaining experience from the ground up. He became familiar with installation methods, repair work, materials, and structural assessment. Those years gave him a solid base in the field and helped him understand the level of care and consistency required to produce dependable roofing work.

Randy Matthew Finch from Sarasota also benefited from spending years working for established roofing companies before starting his own business. That experience allowed him to see how successful operations depend on more than technical skill alone. He learned how teams are organized, how projects are scheduled, how customer relationships are maintained, and how business decisions affect the quality of work. By observing those processes closely, he developed a broader view of the industry and gained the practical understanding needed to lead others and manage responsibilities well.

Randy Finch eventually decided to build a company based on the experience he had gained over many years in the field. He founded his own roofing business and has led it for 6 years, focusing on reliable service and sound operations. Running a company in this industry requires carefully estimating jobs, managing crews and subcontractors, meeting code requirements, controlling costs, and maintaining customer trust. He has taken on those responsibilities with a steady approach shaped by experience rather than image.

Randy Finch has also earned respect for the depth of his knowledge in matters that go beyond routine roofing projects. He has served as a roofing expert in construction litigation, providing technical analysis and deposition testimony when disputes require informed professional judgment. That type of work calls for careful review of evidence, objective thinking, and the ability to explain findings clearly in formal settings. His involvement in those matters shows that his judgment has been trusted in situations where accuracy and clarity are especially important.

Sarasota native Randy Matthew Finch has received professional recognition that reflects consistent standards in his work. Among those accomplishments is GAF Master Elite certification, a distinction awarded to only a small percentage of roofing contractors in the United States. He has also achieved Gold-level distinction in that program, reflecting strong performance in installation and customer service. These recognitions are meaningful because they point to verified standards rather than self-promotion, and they support the reputation he has built through experience, reliability, and attention to quality.

Randy Finch approaches both work and daily life with values shaped by faith, honesty, and service. As a Christian, he seeks to apply those beliefs in practical ways through his leadership, personal conduct, and interactions with others. He has also remained committed to the wider community by supporting the local sheriff’s department and contributing to Starlink-supported search-and-rescue operations in the county. Taken together, his military service, trade experience, business leadership, and community involvement reflect a life centered on responsibility, humility, and steady contribution.
