Dale Hobbie

Dale Hobbie

Dale Hobbie is a multi-patented inventor, mission-critical systems architect, and the founder of Quantum HPC Infrastructure, LLC. With more than 35 years of experience in computational analytics and engineering, he has dedicated his career to solving complex challenges in Power, cooling, and compute reliability. His work focuses on autonomous class-compute infrastructure designed to operate independently while supporting AI, HPC, and quantum workloads. He brings a disciplined and methodical approach to engineering, shaped by decades of hands-on experience in environments where continuity and stability are essential.

Known professionally as D. James Hobbie, he is the inventor of the Cleanewable Hybrid platform, protected under U.S. Patents 11,233,405 B1 and 12,184,075 B1, with multiple continuation-in-part applications and registered trademarks. These innovations extend to carbon-integrated thermals, RTF materials processes, modular enclosure systems, and distributed micro-utility architectures. Hobbie developed this platform to integrate onsite multi-source power generation, advanced thermal loop control, and autonomous operational logic into a unified, repeatable system. His patented work provides a licensable technical foundation intended to support resilient compute environments under variable and demanding conditions.

James Hobbie is the architect of the Operation Quantum Marathon Corridor, a multi-state autonomous compute spine extending approximately 1,500 miles. This corridor was engineered to support federal, commercial, defense, and scientific computing requirements through onsite generation aggregators up to 500 MW+ and interoperable micro-utility frameworks. Hobbie designed the corridor to integrate fiber adjacency, sovereign routing logic, and unified mission continuity architecture across independent regions. The initiative responds to the limitations of grid-dependent infrastructure while maintaining scalability for future compute needs.

As the founder and managing director of Quantum HPC Infrastructure, LLC, Dale James Hobbie leads systems-level engineering governance, multidisciplinary project oversight, and corridor-scale development strategy. Hobbie oversees patent strategy, site modeling, infrastructure adjacency planning, and high-density thermal integration. Under his direction, the organization operates through a Master Project Management Office structure developed in financial partnership with Peter Georgiopoulos and supported by operations advisor Leo Vrondissis. This structure integrates expertise across energy systems, carbon integration, digital infrastructure, and mission-critical engineering while maintaining consistent execution standards.

Before founding QHPC, Hobbie spent over three decades as an independent consultant addressing high-risk, mission-critical reliability challenges across commercial, industrial, government, and defense-aligned environments. He became known as the engineer whom organizations relied upon when systems failed in ways others could not diagnose. His work included stabilizing mission-critical environments, identifying hidden reliability and team-based faults, redesigning obsolete systems, and implementing advanced Power-to-the-Nth pathways. These experiences directly shaped the autonomous class architectures he later codified into patent form.

Dale Hobbie continues to guide the expansion of autonomous-class infrastructure across the United States and allied regions. His engineering philosophy emphasizes systems intuition, long-range thinking, and a clear understanding of interconnected electrical, thermal, mechanical, and digital domains. Through ongoing work in sovereign compute strategy, carbon-integrated thermals, and next-generation enclosure systems, he remains focused on building infrastructure that operates independently and supports uninterrupted computing in future scenarios. He maintains a steady commitment to designing systems and teams that endure, adapt, and remain effective over time.

I'm Robert Azeem Jackson III, an Afrofuturist cultural strategist and data scientist, and founder of Cypher, a data sovereignty studio. I help founders and community entrepreneurs, and the municipal leaders who back them, build portable memory systems: systems that travel from one city to the next and stay owned by the people who built them. My clients learn to own the data their communities already hold, govern it on their own terms, and turn it into funding, infrastructure, and wealth that no platform can hold hostage. They walk in sitting on a story they can't prove and an asset that keeps getting overlooked in the rooms where money moves. They walk out owning it. In Moorestown, one elder's story became more than $350,000 in municipal and state funding for a neighborhood park. Since 2021, Cypher has helped partners raise over $1.5M and save more than $400K on compliance. The pain I help them avoid is the quiet one, watching their memory get extracted, digitized, and sold by someone else while they inherit nothing. The goal is sovereignty: a community that owns its story, carries it wherever it goes, and gets paid to keep it.

Ayush Dubey

Ayush Dubey

Ayush Dubey is a Yale School of Management MBA candidate, London Business School exchange student, and emerging speaker at the intersection of AI, technology M&A, private equity value creation, energy transition, and enterprise transformation.

His work focuses on how organizations make better decisions when technology, capital, infrastructure, and human judgment are all changing at once. In private equity advisory, Ayush has worked across technology diligence, carve-out planning, post-merger integration, and value creation strategy. His broader operating experience spans digital transformation, manufacturing technology, AI/ML deployment, energy analytics, sustainability strategy, and global operations.

Ayush’s energy and infrastructure lens is central to his work. At Yale, his academic and project work has covered climate finance, project finance, energy and infrastructure, land use, real assets, sustainable finance, renewable energy, and geothermal commercialization. His capstone work includes geothermal data-center cooling strategy and commercialization for a climate-tech company, as well as forest and carbon decision-support work for land-use protection. At London Business School, his private equity-focused exchange adds exposure to corporate turnarounds, pricing, and strategic innovation, strengthening his ability to connect investment logic with operational execution.

Ayush’s AI thought leadership examines a central question: what happens when AI makes individuals and organizations appear more capable before their judgment, governance, and operating systems have caught up? His CIO.com article, “The 10-Man Parity Rule: When AI Adoption Accelerates Faster Than Organizations Can See,” argues that AI is increasingly pulled into work by employees, quietly outpacing traditional governance and reshaping who gets leverage inside companies.

In 2026, Ayush was selected to speak and present at AI @ Yale Symposium: From Innovation to Impact. His talk, “Clarity before Understanding: How Generative AI Reshapes Judgment in MBA Education,” explored how AI can produce polished synthesis before independent judgment is formed. His connected poster, “The AI Visibility Gap: Why Leaders Misread Capability Inside Their Own Organizations,” translated the same concern into the workplace context, asking how leaders can assess capability when AI changes the visible signals of work.

Ayush also serves as a reviewer for the Academy of Management Annual Meeting in M&A and is listed on the UNESCO Expert Roster in Natural Sciences. He holds a B.Tech. in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Bombay, bringing a systems-level lens to questions of AI adoption, energy transition, corporate transformation, private equity value creation, and leadership judgment.
