Randy Finch entered the roofing industry after completing military service and began learning the trade through direct, hands-on work. He became familiar with installation methods, repair work, materials, and structural assessment. Those years gave him a solid base in the field and helped him understand the level of care and consistency required to produce dependable roofing work.

Randy Matthew Finch from Sarasota also benefited from spending years working for established roofing companies before starting his own business. Tim Jarratt is a walking contradiction. Californian by birth, he grew up on an island but never learned how to swim nor drive (how he managed to escape remains a mystery).

Across twenty years of experience, he's held a variety of roles (director of engineering, lead engineer, chief metaphor officer, to name a few). In this role, he used his strengths in communication, storytelling, and video production to create engaging promotional content that raised awareness of Reuzzi’s sustainable solutions and encouraged more environmentally conscious choices among college students. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management at George Mason University while working as a Sales Consultant at Safford Subaru Manassas. Nalin is passionate about using communication, leadership, and creative media to strengthen communities and make sustainability more accessible and engaging. Outside of his professional and academic work, he enjoys volunteering in his community, creating videos, staying active, exploring the outdoors, and playing ultimate frisbee.

With a bilingual background in literature and linguistics, she first explored communication through language before transitioning to code. After completing a coding boot camp, she freelanced as a developer, working across industries from finance to beekeeping (software). Her career has taken her through building web and mobile applications, working with startups, and navigating the fast-paced world of fintech. Now, she applies her skills in renewable energy, developing software to help drive a more sustainable future. Christophe is UCLA's Sustainability Analyst, contributing to efforts to coordinate and educate fellow Bruins on university sustainability policies and practices. He also writes the UCLA Sustainability newsletter, leads the reporting process for UCLA's Sustainability Tracking, Assessment & Rating System (STARS) submission, serves as Co-Chair of the UC-wide General Sustainability Performance Assessment/STARS Working Group, and co-manages the UCLA Green Events Certification program. Christophe holds a Master’s of Public Policy from the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs and B.A. in Political Science from UC Berkeley.
