Neringa Young is the Founder of Build Stuff conferences, which she personally manages – recruiting and working with the team, looking for the partners, creating marketing strategies and implementation of the conference promotion. For each year she invites 80 leading speakers from the Tech industry from around the world to come to the Baltics for this 5-day event.

Jose Rogelio Fung Corro, (born March 29, 1988), often known by his initials, J.FUNG is a Panamanian software freedom activist and Engineer. He campaigns for software to be distributed in a manner such that its users receive the freedoms to use, study, distribute and modify that software. Software that ensures these freedoms is termed free software. Fung launched the Digital Culture Project in the Fire Department in Panama, founded the Panama Java User Group, developed differents Database for the Fire Department in Panama and different software and tools for Education in Panama.

Fung was one of the Instructors for the MuNET Project wth the AIG in Panama and the University of Panama with create new tools for the Project. With this, he also launched the free software movement in Herrera. He has been the ASPASOL and Panama Java User project's activist and organizer, he founded the Free Software Movement in Herrera.

In 2007, Fung has spent most of his time advocating for free software and Open Source Initiative.
