CTO at Vitio, where I lead the engineering of a healthcare telemonitoring platform built as a regulated medical device (MDR, IEC 62304, ISO 13485). I've spent over a decade designing and shipping distributed systems across very different industries, with deep hands-on experience in the Java ecosystem, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures (NATS, Kafka, Flink, TimescaleDB). Before Vitio, I was CTO at Kyso and Principal Engineer at Labster. Along the way I've taught more than 50 courses on these topics and I'm a regular speaker at Spain's top tech conferences, Codemotion, Commit Conf and T3chfest among them. Most high performers aren’t struggling - they’re succeeding in ways that won’t hold up for the long game. The very habits driving their results now are often the same ones quietly limiting how far - and how long - they can go. Dr. Kim Hollingdale helps leaders see - and evolve - those patterns, translating the performance principles of elite sport into a smarter, more sustainable way to perform in business.

A licensed psychotherapist and Certified Mental Performance Consultant, Kim has spent a decade working inside elite sport systems including the WNBA and NCAA athletics - where performance is immediate, visible, and measured under constant pressure - what works (and what doesn’t) is impossible to ignore.

Now, Kim brings those lessons and clarity into other high-performance environments, translating them into practical ways business leaders can think sharper, make better decisions, and sustain their edge over years and decades, not just weeks and months.

Known for her witty, engaging style and ability to turn complex performance science into practical application, Kim equips leaders and teams with the clarity needed to perform at their best - and stay there.

Dr. Marlow Hernandez

Dr. Marlow Hernandez

Dr. Marlow Hernandez is a physician-executive with more than 15 years of experience in value-based care across the United States. He has led healthcare initiatives that combine clinical practice with structured system design to deliver measurable, life-saving outcomes for hundreds of thousands of patients. His work centers on improving access, strengthening coordination, and building scalable care models.

Hernandez holds a clear, consistent belief: “We do not turn patients away.” Guided by this principle, he has developed organizations that integrate primary care, specialty services, and advanced analytics to support proactive and personalized medicine. He applies data as a clinical tool, using it to identify risk early and improve long-term outcomes, especially for underserved populations.

Born in Cienfuegos, Cuba, and raised in the Miami area, he immigrated to the United States in 1993. During childhood, he witnessed gaps in healthcare while observing his grandmother manage complicated diabetes. At five years old, Marlow Hernandez promised he would become a physician and help her. That early promise shaped his broader mission to improve healthcare systems for entire communities. He earned a Bachelor’s in Neuroscience from the University of Miami and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from Nova Southeastern University. He completed his training at Cleveland Clinic Florida and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, a Diplomate of the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine, and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP).

With DO, MPH, and MBA training, he founded a healthcare organization that expanded from one clinic into a $3 billion revenue platform serving 400,000 members. Under his leadership, it became the fastest-growing primary care network in the U.S. for two consecutive years, according to Inc. magazine. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the organization achieved a sustained 60% reduction in patient mortality, findings published in the American Journal of Managed Care (AJMC). It maintained a Five-Star quality rating for five straight years. It grew from $0 to nearly $1.0 billion in revenue within two years under the inaugural CMS direct contracting entity (now ACO REACH).

In 2023, Dr. Marlow left the company, which reorganized as a private entity in June 2024 and continues to operate in Florida. He later co-founded a senior-focused healthcare organization in Nevada, including locations on Tropicana Ave in Las Vegas and in North Las Vegas. There, he introduced a 48-Hour Guarantee and supported the development of a proprietary platform that predicts 30-day hospitalization risk with over 90% accuracy.

He remains active in clinical practice with unrestricted licenses in Florida and Nevada. His service includes charitable medical care, disaster relief, frontline pandemic response, long-term faith-based giving, research publication, conference contributions, and civic recognition. Throughout his career, Dr. Marlow Hernandez has remained committed to patient access and system improvement.

I treat each one of my patients as if they were one of my family! My credo as a Traditional Natural Health Practitioner is, to do the body no harm. Wellspring will only offer solutions that have been science-driven with a heart-based focus.

Over the course of the years, I have had the opportunity to work with highly skilled medical and holistic practitioners. By being involved with these people, I have had the ability to create a pathway of successful healing for people using a mind-body connection. Using the healing arts for proper nutrition with balanced supplementation, vibrational energy medicine, hypnosis, stress management, and the use of aromatherapy, my patients have shown the better quality of life and optimized health.

Nathan M. Thornhill

Nathan M. Thornhill

Nathan M. Thornhill is an independent researcher and author of Foundations of the Existence Threshold: The Scholarly Collection. He works without a university, a funding body, or a department.

His research addresses one question: how do you tell whether a mind is still there? He built a measure for it, then published the account of what it cannot do.

The question came from clinical work rather than philosophy. He spent years in healthcare, from nursing assistant to Long Term Care Administration and through ICU admissions, where families asked him whether their loved one was still in there. He never had a good answer for them.

The same question now applies to artificial intelligence, and that is where much of the work sits. He founded the Institute for Complexity Science and Advanced Computing (ICSAC), which publishes the research, and built CiteStamp, which catches the citations AI systems invent. His current work compares decision dynamics in rats, monkeys, and AI models, and measures where the scientific record leaks: his latest analysis traced citations to retracted papers across 2.3 billion citation links. He holds four provisional patents.

He is based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and travels for speaking engagements.
