Roman Basi, raised in Southern Illinois, began his working career at a young age umpiring little league baseball games. He spent his teenage and college years working for his father’s varied business interests. These experiences helped develop his future interest in helping small business owners fulfill their business and succession plans.

He graduated from Millikin University obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science Degree with a minor in Psychology. After receiving his degree, he continued his studies earning an MBA from Southern Illinois University with an emphasis in Accounting. He continued on to law school receiving his JD (law degree) from Southern Illinois University. He is a licensed attorney in Illinois, Missouri, Florida and Arizona. Omar Yehia

Omar is the Managing Partner of the Fund and acts as both the CEO and CIO of Prudentia Digital. He was formerly the head of research and due diligence at Arrington Capital. Omar is responsible for the ultimate management of the funds, oversight of the investment committee, deal structuring, technical due diligence, and technical research at the Fund. He is also a former research fellow at: Birck Nanotechnology Center, Maurice J. Barry Weber is an information security and privacy consultant and a partner at AssuredSPC. His experience uniquely combines decades as a CIO/CTO crossing multiple industries including Wholesale/Distribution, Retail, Financial Services, Market Research and Technology SaaS. These leadership roles are combined with years of experience leading technology and security consulting services to organizations in financial services, healthcare, hi-tech, power, ecommerce, and HR industries.
