It is important for me (and my team) to not only solve our Customers’ business problems, but also look at effectiveness of our Offerings and share feedback with offering development teams. Equally important is the role of building Success stories, Customer references, etc.

I am backed by my strong experience in Business roles, delivering Consulting / Professional Services as well as Engineering / Product development roles both at Kyndryl and in IBM. She was the head brewer at a small brewpub in Boston before being asked to move back to her hometown and brew for New Belgium Brewing in Fort Collins, Colorado. Kelly has been brewing for New Belgium for ten years where she began as a Production Brewer and quickly moved into R&D where she has been the Lead Research & Development Brewer for the past six years. When Megan Parisi had left Cambridge Brewing to be Brewmaster at Bluejacket in DC Kelly was the only female brewer in the state of Massachusetts. In 2011 she started the Pink Boots Boston Chapter to be able to connect with fellow female brewers in New England. After moving back to Colorado Kelly has taken several leadership roles in the local brewing community including Chapter Leader and Co-Leader for Fort Collins, CO. Since 2011 she has spent her time with Pink Boots organizing numerous collaboration brew days, meetups, and educational opportunities.

For nearly two decades Kelly has focused on her education as a brewer. This includes CAMRA, IBD, MBAA, Yakima Chief Hop School, numerous Innovation and sensory courses, international collaboration brews, domestic and international beer judging, and TasteTrek.

Vineet Raj Kapoor is Founder Director of SXILL and Chandigarh Design School. He is also India's official Industrial Design Technology Expert for Worldskills. Besides, he leads the Indian Delegation to ACE Fair Korea every year. He has been voted amongst Top 100 AVGC Movers of India at GAFX 2024, and Education Excellence in Higher Education Award, at Educators Conclave 2024. He has conducted Workshops/ Courses in BITS Pilani, Thapar, PEC, Chitkara, DY Patil University etc.

He leads the Indian Delegation to ACE (Asian Contents Exhibition) Fair, Gwangju, South Korea from 22-25 September 2022 (lead every year). He was also part of the Roundtable at Dubai Expo, Dubai on "Skilling Ecosystem" sponsored by FICCI/ Media and Entertainment Skills Council of India.
