He works with technologies such as Virtual, Augmented and Mixed Reality in combination with cloud services like the Mixed Reality services, Azure Digital Twins and IoT from the Microsoft Azure platform, Office 365, Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

His primary focus is in manufacturing, utilities and engineering & construction sector. However, he certainly does not stay away from other sectors.

He engages in speaking, writing books, blogging, and is an organizer of local and global events such as the Mixed Reality User Group in the Netherlands and globally the Global XR Talks and Global XR Conference both part of the GlobalXR.Community.

For the past ten years, Sebastian has been a member of the ISV Solutions team at proMX AG. During this time, proMX’s project and resource management tool, proRM Fast Start, has won numerous awards. Sebastian was one of proMX’s liaisons to Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 for Project Service Automation (now: Project Operations) development team, thus gaining exceptionally thorough knowledge of the product almost since its inception first launch/release. Mark is a software engineer and Microsoft MVP and has learnt his trade from 35 years of mistakes. He's an expat Mancunian (red half) but has lived in his adopted home of Northern Ireland for nearly half his life.

He's been a professional developer since the 1980s, mostly freelance, and has worked on a myriad of projects for everything from local startups and councils to multinational corporations and federal government departments. In search of a quieter life, he now works full time for Gearset in their Belfast office.

While something of a technology omnivore, particularly if it's new and shiny, he currently tends towards React front-ends sitting on top of scalable cloud-first services, using a functional, event-driven and reactive approach. He's also a big advocate of the DevOps mindset.

Although it doesn’t look like it, Yaser is an almond croissant addict cleverly disguised as a successful web developer. Since it was relatively clear early on that it would be slightly more than difficult to make a living out of thin air and sitting in a café eating a croissant and drinking a cappuccino, he’s focused his energy on the web, which happily has proven itself to be a wonderful decision.
