I lead cloud and AI projects across Central America and the Caribbean, helping organizations in financial services, logistics, and retail turn business challenges into secure, scalable architectures on AWS. My work spans the full journey — from understanding business requirements to designing infrastructure, security, and AI governance strategies that actually make it to production.

I've spoken at Banking Summit Panama 2025, AgentCon Panama, AWS Community Day Panama across multiple editions, and regional technology events in Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Puerto Rico, and Trinidad & Tobago — always focused on how security, governance, and data strategy are the foundation that makes AI solutions production-ready, not just demo-ready.

Building AI agents for regulated industries taught me that the hard part isn't making them smart — it's making them safe. That's the perspective I bring to this talk.

Adams Yeswa is a software engineer and founder building technology at the intersection of software, construction, and real-world operations.

He is the founder of KomeshaBuild, a building commissioning SaaS company focused on bringing modern software to one of the industries that still relies heavily on fragmented, manual, and disconnected workflows.

His work involves designing and building software across the entire product stack, from Flutter mobile applications used in the field to web platforms, backend systems, and the infrastructure that connects them.

While building KomeshaBuild, Adams has had to confront a problem that is easy to overlook when developing software from a desk: the real world does not always have a reliable internet connection. This led him to explore offline-first application design and what it takes to build software that remains useful when connectivity cannot be guaranteed.

He is particularly interested in the intersection of technology and the environments in which software is actually used. His work focuses on building practical systems for industries where software must operate under real operational constraints, not just ideal technical conditions.

What if the hardest part of your product wasn't the engineering but getting customers to trust it, adopt it, and pay for it? I've solved that problem three times: an AI scoring engine, an API-first platform ecosystem, and a mobile CRM app, three 0→1 launches generating $5M+ in revenue across 350+ enterprise firms, all built and commercialized end to end in a regulated legal industry.

The pattern across my career is the same: find the customer pain everyone else missed, build the AI or data-powered product to solve it, and figure out how to take it to market.

At LexisNexis, law firms had years of relationship data sitting inside their CRM with no way to act on it. I led 0→1 and go-to-market for an AI-powered scoring engine that combines ML models with GenAI-powered insights to surface which client relationships are at risk. The harder problem wasn't the models. It was convincing a privacy-sensitive industry to trust AI with their most sensitive data. A privacy-by-design framework turned the top sales objection into a competitive differentiator, driving a 25% engagement lift, reducing attrition 15%, and retaining $5M in revenue.

I also transformed the product from a standalone CRM into an API-first integration hub. We built on Microsoft Power Automate because 70%+ of our clients were already in the Microsoft ecosystem. Meeting customers where they already were drove self-service adoption, connected 350+ firms, and generated $2M in new ARR.

Earlier, I led a 0→1 AI-powered pricing app launch at Intelligence Node (acquired by Interpublic, 2024) and built the business case and implementation of a cloud migration at Capgemini on Chubb's $1B insurance platform.

On a personal note, I love sports and have been a competitive cricket athlete for over 15 years, from representing my state in India at age 15 to trialing for the USA Cricket Team for the T20 World Cup. The sport shaped the values I bring to product world: hard work, perseverance, and teamwork.

If you're working on 0→1 AI products, enterprise platform strategy, or GTM for technical products, I'm always happy to connect.

Mark Tersigni

Mark Tersigni

Mark Tersigni, a real estate investment professional and Certified Public Accountant, has worked across public accounting, corporate finance, and commercial real estate investment.

He started in audit at a Big Four accounting firm, joining as an intern before moving to a full-time role, and worked across industries including private aviation, electric utilities, iron-ore and coal mining, and manufacturing, several of them Fortune 500 companies. He then audited public and private investment companies, reviewing SEC filings and financial statements, and served as an in-charge associate responsible for managing and reviewing staff on the audit of a mutual fund with more than $1 billion in assets under management. In a later real estate finance role at a national retail company, he set annual budgets and monthly projections for international retail occupancy costs and handled investment-partnership accounting and profit-and-loss review. He has held a Certified Public Accountant license in the State of Ohio since 2014, for which he qualified during his undergraduate accounting studies, and it is currently inactive. His accounting background is still evident in his approach; on property sales, he reviewed settlement statements in detail to confirm their accuracy and completeness.

Before that, he spent three years in asset management at a private multifamily investment firm, where there he ran the portfolio's annual budgeting process and quarterly KPI reporting, and he managed the reporting and analysis delivered to investors, including performance narratives that set out results and the reasons for them. He carried out hold/sell analysis across the portfolio and oversaw its real estate tax appeal work, which included negotiating reductions in third-party fees. Because it sat at the intersection of ownership, investors, and operations, the position sharpened his ability to present financial results clearly to audiences with different priorities.

Commercial real estate investment forms the core of his experience, and it was here that he served as Vice President of Investments at a private-equity-owned commercial real estate company, where he formed and led a five-analyst underwriting team responsible for a portfolio of more than $5 billion in large-format open-air retail and enclosed malls. Its work included acquisition and disposition underwriting, business planning, asset management, and transaction support, the full analytical cycle behind each buy, hold, and sell decision in the portfolio. The role called for technical command of the underwriting, the judgment to identify which assumptions carried the most weight, and the ability to train and develop analysts who could produce that work consistently.

The portfolio completed more than $1 billion in property sales over two years. He was a key contributor to the origination of a $1 billion single-asset, single-borrower CMBS loan, the largest open-air retail securitization of 2023, a financing that called for detailed property-level analysis across roughly forty assets. He built and owned the corporate model the company's private equity ownership used to forecast investment returns; it brought individual property plans together into a corporate-level view, allowing ownership to weigh options for the whole portfolio without losing the detail of any single asset. The executive team and ownership frequently drew on his input for portfolio matters such as strategic transactions, joint ventures, ground-lease negotiations, crossed loans, and options for properties approaching debt maturity. He managed more than $1 billion of property-level commercial mortgages, supplying the analysis for refinancing, extension, and maturity decisions. He also helped lead an overhaul of the company's financial systems and the investment team's underlying processes.

His career of more than a decade has progressed from the audit of investment companies to the underwriting and management of multibillion-dollar commercial real estate portfolios, and he brings an analytical basis to how real estate assets are valued, financed, and positioned for sale. Throughout, his work has concerned the financial analysis that supports major real estate decisions, whether the valuation of one property or the strategy for a whole portfolio. His work brings together accounting precision and investment judgment; having led an underwriting team, owned a corporate model, and worked directly with private equity ownership as a Certified Public Accountant, he is equally comfortable examining a property-level model in detail and addressing broader strategic questions, including the disposition of a troubled asset, the timing of a sale, the structure of a financing, and the effect of a single decision across an entire portfolio.

He is advanced in ARGUS and Excel, including Power Query, uses Power BI and financial reporting platforms such as MRI and Yardi regularly, and has incorporated modern AI tools into his analysis and reporting workflows. He also writes on the subjects he knows best: commercial real estate investment, covering both industry analysis and practical guidance for those learning the business, along with Excel technique and the expanding role of AI tools in financial work, and a recurring theme is turning large volumes of financial data into clear, decision-ready analysis.

Away from the office, his interests include cooking, tennis, and strategy games such as chess and poker, and he devotes much of his time to his two young children.

Paul M. Wilson

Paul M. Wilson is the CEO of NetReputation, a Sarasota, Florida-based company recognized for its expertise in online reputation management, crisis management, public relations, and digital marketing. He is responsible for shaping the company’s long-term direction while ensuring that client needs remain at the forefront of every initiative. His leadership focuses on building a strong operational foundation, aligning teams, and delivering consistent, measurable outcomes for clients across industries.

Paul brings years of experience working with executive teams on revenue growth, organizational alignment, and go-to-market strategy. His approach is grounded in practical execution, where clear planning and disciplined processes support sustainable expansion.

Before taking on his role at NetReputation, he founded Massive Growth Partners, also known as Paul M. Wilson Consulting. Through this firm, he worked with CEOs and leadership teams to build scalable, growth-oriented businesses. His advisory work extended across companies at various stages, from early development to mature organizations seeking to refine their operations.

Paul partnered closely with leadership teams to identify key challenges and implement structured solutions. His work included mentoring sales and marketing teams, improving internal communication, and aligning daily activities with broader strategic goals. Several organizations he supported achieved strong growth and were later acquired by private equity firms, reflecting the effectiveness of his methods.

In addition, Paul worked with digital marketing agencies and technology companies, helping them strengthen sales processes, improve lead generation, and expand into new markets. His expertise also included pricing strategy, negotiation, hiring, and compensation planning. He guided companies in implementing systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, BigCommerce, and eTail Insights to improve efficiency and reporting. His involvement often continued through acquisition processes, where he provided guidance from planning through execution.

A significant part of his professional work has been focused on developing structured sales systems. Paul Wilson created the training program “Winning Every Stage of the Sales Process,” which provides a clear framework for managing sales activities from initial outreach to long-term client retention.

This program emphasizes consistency, preparation, and accountability at every stage of the sales cycle. Multiple organizations have adopted it to improve performance and create repeatable processes that support ongoing revenue growth. Paul's work in this area highlights the importance of combining strategy with disciplined execution.

Earlier in his career, Paul held leadership roles at iProspect, including Chief Revenue Officer. During his time there, the company experienced significant expansion, growing from a regional agency into a global organization. He played a key role in building scalable sales teams and supporting steady revenue growth. His contributions were part of the company’s successful acquisition by Aegis Media, now part of Dentsu.

Paul later joined RKG’s executive leadership team, where he helped increase revenue from $5 million to $30 million within three years. This growth was driven by developing a consultative sales approach, entering new market segments, and securing enterprise clients such as Nordstrom, Ashley Furniture, and Atlassian. His efforts contributed to the company’s acquisition by Merkle, further integrating it into the Dentsu network.

At NetElixir, where Paul served as Chief Growth Officer, he led both sales and marketing teams. During his tenure, the company achieved a 57 percent increase in revenue. He focused on refining strategy, improving team performance, and building strong partnerships with organizations such as BrightEdge and Miva. He also worked on enhancing pricing strategies and increasing contract value.

Paul is actively involved in charitable initiatives, particularly through his role as co-chair of the City of Champions golf tournament. This event supports the Prostate Cancer Foundation and has raised significant funds for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Mass General Brigham. His involvement reflects a dedication to supporting research and improving patient care.

Through these efforts, Paul continues to contribute to causes that extend beyond his professional responsibilities, demonstrating a commitment to community engagement.

Based in Wellesley, Paul is also involved in residential real estate alongside his family. Their business focuses on the luxury market in the greater Boston area, providing tailored services to clients. The group has completed high-value transactions and built a reputation for consistent performance.
