Teddy's relationship with New Zealand comes through five generations of family ties, and his dual-hemisphere, bi-coastal early life helped shape his global outlook. This background informs his current work with long-term and lifestyle-oriented investors who seek financial returns while building deeper connections to New Zealand and contributing to its economy, environment, and infrastructure.

Before founding KEA Capital Partners, Teddy served as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of an investment bank that processed eight and nine-figure transactions. He also co-founded a marketplace for unique experiences through an incubator and created partnerships with major providers. In consulting, he co-founded a leadership and family business advisory service that supports business families, executives, and next-generation leaders across the United States, the Middle East, and New Zealand.

Frank Berenyi

Frank Berenyi

Frank Berenyi is a Maine-based entrepreneur and former competitive athlete with experience leading ventures across martial arts, hospitality, real estate, and cannabis retail. His perspective is grounded in a career of entering demanding fields, learning their dynamics, and building operations that endure.

Athletics came first. He competed in soccer and wrestling in his youth and trained in kickboxing and jiu-jitsu in his early teens before opening his own martial arts school as a young adult. Running it required managing students, maintaining a facility, and building a reputation while competing at a high level, where he became known for consistency and discipline. He paired this with study in business operations, management, and strategic growth.

He went on to operate multiple bars and nightlife venues across Maine, balancing careful staffing and disciplined financial oversight while running each venue as its own operation. The work moved him from individual performance to organizational leadership, building teams and the structures that let a business run without the owner present at all times. He also entered real estate, repositioning undervalued properties and building an owned-asset portfolio.

His most significant undertaking is Marijuanaville, a cannabis retail venture he founded and grew into a network of locations across the state, with the goal of broadening access to medical cannabis in Maine through affordability and a wider base of patients.

Beyond business, Frank Berenyi contributes consistently to shelters, nonprofit organizations, and community initiatives focused on housing and basic resources, and remains active in business development, real estate investment, and operational strategy.

Why Trust Matters In Housing Governance

Housing is deeply personal for citizens. People save money, submit documents and wait with hope when they apply for public housing. This is why transparency, quality and trust are important in MHADA’s work. IAS Sanjeev Jaiswal’s tenure as Vice President and CEO of MHADA is associated with these priorities.

His official profile highlights his current role at MHADA and his long administrative experience across key departments in Maharashtra. This experience is useful in a housing authority where public delivery and institutional credibility matter.

Transparency Through Digital Systems

Transparency begins with clear processes. MHADA’s Integrated Housing Lottery Management System 2.0 includes post-lottery activities and automated verification. Its objective is to give possession of tenements at the earliest.

This digital model is important because it reduces manual intervention and makes the housing process more structured. Citizens can engage with the system with greater confidence.

Public Access To MHADA Documents

A major transparency-related development is MHADA’s decision to make 15 crore official documents publicly accessible through its website. Public reports state that this initiative was led by MHADA Vice President and CEO Sanjeev Jaiswal under the RTI Act. Sensitive or classified records are excluded, and access is provided through identity verification.

This step is important because citizens often need official records related to housing, redevelopment and allotment. Easier access can reduce dependence on repeated RTI applications and improve institutional openness.

Quality In Redevelopment Projects

Quality is important in redevelopment because people are moving from old homes into new buildings. These homes must be safe, durable and suitable for long-term living. MHADA’s redevelopment work in areas such as BDD Chawls, Motilal Nagar and other old housing clusters requires careful quality control. Public reports on BDD Chawl redevelopment mention the aim to provide modern 2BHK flats of around 500 sq ft to former tenants, with a wider completion target of 2029.

Public Trust Through Delivery

Trust grows when citizens see results. In Naigaon, 864 families received flats under the first phase of BDD Chawl redevelopment. Such milestones show that redevelopment is moving from promise to possession.

Public trust also depends on communication. In housing projects, residents need regular updates, clear documentation and timely support. A transparent and delivery-focused institution can reduce fear and confusion.

Conclusion: A Tenure Built Around Better Systems

IAS Sanjeev Jaiswal’s MHADA tenure reflects a positive focus on transparency, quality and public trust. Digital lottery systems, document access, redevelopment milestones and citizen-focused housing delivery all support a stronger public housing ecosystem. For Maharashtra, this approach can make housing governance more accountable and more reliable.

Eric Wippman

Eric Wippman is a Florida architect known for creating spaces that combine modern design with comfort and practicality. His work reflects a strong appreciation for community, nature, and thoughtful planning. Outside of his profession, he enjoys spending time with family, playing softball, performing jazz music on the saxophone, and traveling through Europe to explore architecture and culture.

Wippman was born and raised in Florida and later pursued architecture in college. During those years, he focused on both academic growth and personal interests. Music played an important role in his daily life, and he often performed with the university jazz band or practiced casually with friends. At the same time, he remained active on the college softball team, continuing a family tradition that had always been meaningful to him. Balancing design projects, sports, and music made his college experience busy but rewarding.

After completing his degree, Eric started his career at a local architecture firm in downtown Florida. His first projects included homes, office spaces, and community buildings. These early experiences allowed him to work closely with experienced architects and gain a deeper understanding of practical and sustainable design. Over time, his style became recognized for incorporating open spaces, natural light, and outdoor elements into modern structures.

As his experience grew, Wippman began taking on larger projects, including hotels, public buildings, and community centers. He believed architecture should do more than serve a purpose and should also create environments where people feel connected and comfortable. His involvement in projects focused on parks and public recreation spaces reflected his commitment to improving communities and encouraging outdoor activity.

Away from work, family remains one of the most important parts of his life. He enjoys weekends spent hiking, relaxing at home, or playing softball with loved ones and friends. Music remains a lifelong passion, especially jazz on the saxophone during informal gatherings. Travel also remains a valuable source of inspiration, particularly visits to cities such as Florence, Paris, and Prague, where history and architecture continue to influence his perspective. Through his personal interests and professional achievements, Eric Wippman continues to maintain a balanced and community-centered life.

Jay Manley

When he’s not helping finance teams untangle their payments messes, Jay is usually strapped into something loud, fast, or airborne—sometimes all three in the same week.

In the office, he’s a visionary and a natural leader for Accounts Payable teams: the kind of operator who doesn’t just “optimize a process,” but rethinks how AP should work end-to-end—simplifying the chaos, modernizing the tech stack, and rallying teams around a clear path from manual grind to automated control.

He’s also a multi-rated pilot (powered, glider, and unmanned—rotor and fixed-wing) who puts those skills to work with the Civil Air Patrol on search-and-rescue missions, logging real cockpit time when it actually counts.

Back on the ground, he’s a lifelong motorsports addict: a season points champion who’s finished 3rd out of 330 cars in divisional competition—and then decided that wasn’t chaotic enough, so he went all-in on the art (and smoke) of drift driving.

And when things “slow down,” it’s only by Jay’s standards: playing guitar in a band, disappearing off-grid in the mountains, or sending a snowmobile through deep powder like it personally offended him. If it runs on fuel, flies, or makes your heart rate question your life choices, there’s a decent chance Jay’s either done it… or is already planning the next stunt.
