Robert Kasirer

Robert Kasirer

Robert Kasirer is the Manager of the Kasirer Family Office, where he built a national real estate investment and management company with holdings in 12 states. He also serves as President of the Kasirer Family Foundation (“KFF”), which supports educational institutions and Jewish causes. Through this foundation, support has been directed to universities, schools, camps, community programs, and a broad range of Jewish organizations committed to strengthening learning, identity, and engagement.

In 2022, Robert founded the Neshamah Project Inc. in the United States, together with a related nonprofit in Israel, to develop the Neshamah Platform and Neshamah App. These projects were created as a single digital space combining music, Jewish learning, prayer, podcasts, videos, and short interactive experiences. The platform is designed for individuals and communities. It includes customizable areas where organizations, synagogues, schools, camps, on-campus groups, and content creators can share their work alongside a larger library.

His family history is rooted in resilience and survival. Kasirer's parents were Holocaust survivors; his mother endured Auschwitz, and his father was forced into labor. Most of their relatives were killed. They came from a small village in the Carpathian Mountains, now part of Ukraine. After liberation, they married and lived in Austria while awaiting visas to the United States. He and a sibling were born there, while another was born in Los Angeles after the family arrived to begin a new life.

When the family settled in Los Angeles in 1954, Jewish resources in the city were limited. His parents helped establish educational institutions, supported synagogues, and extended their involvement to Jewish communities in New York and Israel. Their values shaped his upbringing. At 13, he attended a Jewish boarding school in New York, where he continued both religious and secular studies through university.

Robert later attended New York University and a law school in New York. After passing the bar, he moved to Los Angeles, formed a law firm with two associates, and later joined a national firm before working in real estate with his father. After his father passed in 2005, he continued expanding the company. His sons and son-in-law now manage daily operations while he serves as Chairman.

He has been married for 48 years, has four children, and has 13 grandchildren. He enjoys skiing, hiking, and traveling, experiences that continue to guide Robert Kasirer's life and work.

Manny Khoshbin

Manny Khoshbin

Manuchehr “Manny” Khoshbin’s rise in the real estate sector is a story of tenacity, foresight, and hands-on leadership. Forced to leave Iran as a teenager, Khoshbin arrived in the United States at the age of 14, facing the daunting challenge of starting over in a new country with limited resources. Early hardships shaped his character; he quickly learned the importance of hard work through jobs like stocking shelves at Kmart and by launching a door-to-door nut-selling venture. Although these first steps were humble, they provided him with valuable experience in entrepreneurship and persistence.

By his early twenties, Manny Khoshbin had established himself in the mortgage and real estate industries. At 23, he diversified further by purchasing a supermarket in Santa Ana and then reinvesting the returns into acquiring overlooked properties. His strategy focused on identifying assets others missed and repositioning them for maximum value. This knack for timing was most evident in 2007, when he sold more than a million square feet of office space ahead of the real estate market downturn, safeguarding his investments.

As founder and CEO of The Khoshbin Company, Khoshbin expanded his portfolio to span multiple states, with holdings in industrial, retail, and office properties. Based in Costa Mesa, California, his company is distinguished by a hands-on approach and a philosophy of active asset management, which has contributed to more than $1.5 billion in closed transactions. Initially operating as a family office, the firm now partners selectively with outside investors, maintaining a streamlined structure that enables flexibility and responsiveness.

Beyond his achievements in real estate, Khoshbin is committed to philanthropy. He has contributed over $600,000 to causes supporting children’s welfare and pledged $1 million to the CHOC Thompson Autism Center. His commitment to giving back is a reflection of his gratitude for the opportunities he has received. As an author, Khoshbin shares his strategies and life lessons in works like “Contrarian PlayBook” and “Driven,” inspiring others to overcome obstacles and pursue their paths to success.

Khoshbin lives with his wife, Leyla Milani Khoshbin, and their two children in Newport Coast, California. His collection of rare and exotic cars is another facet of his disciplined investment mindset, which is built on thorough research and a focus on long-term value. Through his career, philanthropy, and personal pursuits, Manny Khoshbin demonstrates how resilience and vision can turn adversity into lasting achievement.

Mitchell Kennedy

Mitchell Kennedy

Mitchell Kennedy is a portfolio manager, consultant, and community advocate whose journey reflects a steady dedication to service, housing, and local business support. Born in Virginia and raised in Massachusetts, he grew up surrounded by the natural beauty of Cape Cod. Early work with local resources and oyster farming gave him valuable lessons in responsibility and collaboration. These experiences created the foundation for his interest in sustainability, affordable living, and opportunities that serve both families and communities.

Mitchell chose to continue his education in New York City, where he attended college and pursued studies in Philosophy. Through this academic focus, he developed strong skills in reasoning, ethical thinking, and examining complex social structures. He also engaged with volunteer opportunities and community activities, gaining perspective on how cities operate and how people navigate them. His time in New York shaped his ability to analyze issues from multiple sides and apply that knowledge to practical challenges.

Kennedy returned to Massachusetts after completing his studies and entered the real estate field, focusing on portfolio management with attention to housing accessibility. His work involved overseeing properties, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining reliable housing options for working families. Living in a region with seasonal pressures and rising costs gave him insight into the struggles faced by tenants. Through consistent effort, he aimed to balance professional responsibilities with a commitment to fair and sustainable housing practices.

Mitchell Allen Kennedy expanded his career into consulting for restaurants and hospitality businesses across Cape Cod. He assisted owners with addressing the challenges of seasonal demand, improving customer experiences, and ensuring that operations could run smoothly. His approach was based on listening, planning, and helping business owners make decisions supporting financial health and community connection. By focusing on the everyday realities of restaurant management, he provided guidance that supported long-term resilience for local establishments.

Kennedy dedicated time to volunteering with organizations focused on affordable housing, particularly through on-site projects where he worked alongside others to build homes. Traveling to assist in construction allowed him to contribute directly to efforts that provided families with stability. By learning construction techniques and committing to physical participation, he strengthened his belief that service is not limited to ideas but also requires action. These experiences deepened his understanding of housing needs and reinforced his sense of responsibility.

Mitchell Kennedy of Cape Cod is now preparing to open a new project in Orleans, Massachusetts, which is planned as an art gallery and thrift store. The initiative, set for the summer of 2026, will create space for artists to showcase their work and for community members to access affordable goods. Beyond these functions, it will be a gathering place for events, workshops, and discussions. His vision is to encourage creativity, sustainability, and meaningful connection through a welcoming local space.
