At CiTY LiVN, he worked as a licensed real estate professional, focusing on financial modeling, cash flow projections, and property valuation. His role also involved underwriting, investment reporting, and acquisition analysis. In 2017, Pratik Gandhi became president of Mpire Builders, a company that acquires and redevelops multifamily properties in the Houston area. With a team that brings more than 100 years of combined experience, the company conducts thorough title searches, issues Owner’s and Lender’s Title Policies, manages escrow funds, coordinates documents, and records them in Land Records to ensure accurate and seamless closings.

He also owns Paramount Development, LLC, a commercial development company in Washington, D.C. The firm has contributed to projects such as The Wharf and developed several apartment buildings, including 555 E Street, SW, which features a hotel, residential units, and retail space. Additional projects include 1031 4th Street, NW, 350 Maple Drive, and the Hyatt Place Hotel at 400 East Street, SW.
