Mimi Elcindor Irrizari

Mimi Elcindor Irrizari

For much of her life and career, Mimi Irrizari operated in survival mode.

Her early leadership experience in the military taught her how to make decisions under pressure, assess risk quickly, and keep moving forward when conditions weren’t ideal. Those skills carried her into the technology industry, where she learned how often success depends not on talent alone, but on navigating systems that weren’t built with everyone in mind.

In tech, Mimi noticed a pattern: many people especially women and underrepresented leaders spend years mastering survival. They learn how to adapt, anticipate problems, and hold things together quietly. But few are ever shown how to transition from survival to succession from simply staying afloat to building something lasting.

That insight reshaped her work.

Today, Mimi is a GTM and commercial enablement leader helping product-led technology companies scale with intention. Across the US, UK, EMEA, and Africa, she has built the operating systems behind growth- supporting £10M+ in annual product spend and reducing execution cycle times by up to 50%. Her focus is no longer just on making things work, but on designing systems that endure.

Mimi brings a deeply human perspective to leadership, career development, and growth. She speaks openly about the shift from survival to succession how leaders move from reacting to shaping, from being indispensable to being replaceable, and from proving their worth to creating pathways for others.

Mimi’s talks connect lived experience with practical frameworks, offering audiences , quick strategies, language, clarity, and permission to think differently about success, leadership, and scale both in technology and in life.

Cass Cooper is a leadership strategist and keynote speaker specializing in executive sensemaking during restructures, rapid growth, AI integration, and operating model shifts—where clarity, trust, and execution all matter.

With more than two decades of experience across sales, organizational development, and leadership advisory work, Cass is known for translating complexity into decision-ready insight. Her work sits at the intersection of people systems, communication, and organizational performance, helping leaders move beyond symptoms to address the underlying dynamics that stall execution and erode trust.
