I started out as a ship's navigator with Cunard before various roles in the navy, merchant navy, and Ministry of Defence, both in command and ultimately as an Admiralty Pilot serving in the UK and Gibraltar. Ma vision de l’expérience utilisateur repose sur deux démarches complémentaires, l’une pragmatique autour de la conception de services et l’autre stratégique autour de l’évolution des organisations et l’intégration du design au sein des équipes.

Je travaille depuis 2020 pour beta.gouv.fr toujours en freelance afin d’essayer d’améliorer les services publics avec l’intention de changer le monde, de le rendre meilleur et de limiter la crise climatique qui arrive, mais avant ça il faut que je pense à faire du pain et bien d’autres choses plus ou moins futile comme un potager, du miel et du cidre.
