Are you passionate about cloud technologies and eager to share your knowledge with the community? The Chicago Cloud Computing Meetup is looking for speakers to present at upcoming events!

Our group brings together developers, architects, and IT professionals who are building, deploying, and managing solutions in the cloud. Whether you’re working with Azure, AWS, GCP, or other platforms, we’d love to hear from you.

When?

We're somewhat flexible and schedule the dates as venue/event space and presenters are available.

We meet every month in the first or second week, and usually mid-week on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. We start at 6 PM and end by 8 PM.

This user group is designed for Kansas City professionals who work with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint to network and learn from each other. Meetings are on the second Monday of each month over lunch (12pm to 1pm CST).

Event Overview

Microsoft Fabric Thursdays: Expert Series (2025) is a strategically curated weekly expert series focused on Microsoft Fabric and related technologies. Organized by the Uttar Pradesh Power BI Club, this online event series will run every Thursday from 7 August 2025 to 18 December 2025.

Designed as a long-format knowledge-sharing and discussion platform, this series will feature technical deep dives, practical implementations, enterprise use cases, and forward-looking conversations from global thought leaders, Microsoft MVPs, architects, community contributors, and professionals working across Microsoft Fabric services and ecosystems.

Expectations

• Speakers are expected to submit their session proposal with a clear title, abstract, and preferred month of delivery.
• Once accepted, we will coordinate with you to assign the most suitable Thursday slot.
• All sessions must be delivered live and will be recorded for future learning purposes.
• Session content must comply with the Microsoft Code of Conduct.

What topics are we looking for? We love AI and Machine Learning, Agent-based AI and Autonomous Systems, Azure Kubernetes ,Containers ,Infra as Code ,IOT ,Azure ARC,Terraform ,Pulumi ,ARM Templates ,Azure Blockchain ,Cloud Infrastructure etc.

When are the sessions? We hold it on Saturday nights every two weeks and have two speakers each night. First session is 7:00 pm to 7:50 pm SGT and the second sessions is 8:00 pm to 8:50 pm SGT. We usually meet 10 times a year and share experiences and knowledge in the data area, and the most frequently appearing vendors are Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake and open source projects.

Southampton Data Platform and Cloud user group (@SotonDataCloud) has been running since 2010 (originally Southampton SQL Server User Group). In that time we have had many speakers both local and international present high-quality sessions on a range of SQL Server and data platform topics.

We host the user group in Southampton alternating between in-person and virtual events on the second Wednesday of each month between 6:00-9:00 PM GMT (UK time).
