She was the head brewer at a small brewpub in Boston before being asked to move back to her hometown and brew for New Belgium Brewing in Fort Collins, Colorado. Kelly has been brewing for New Belgium for ten years where she began as a Production Brewer and quickly moved into R&D where she has been the Lead Research & Development Brewer for the past six years. She operates and manages all R&D brewing in the 10hL Pilot brewhouse. Dey is the CEO & Chief Scientist of Nosh Technologies, a Lecturer of Computer Science at the University of Essex, UK, a Lecturer of Data Science at York St John University, UK, and a Professor of Practice (AI/ML) at Woxsen University, India. He has more than 13 years of industrial experience including working for Microsoft and Samsung, developing numerous tech products that are currently used by billions of people in different ways.

For contributions to improving society through applications of embedded machine learning Dey is elected a Life Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, named an MIT Innovator Under 35, an Outstanding Achiever in Education, Science & Innovation at the 2023 India UK Achievers Honours and a World IP Review Leader. He is also a member of the Forbes Technology Council and regularly appears in leading news publications including Forbes, Entrepreneur, Business Insider, Tech Crunch and many more.

Jade has established a fulfilling career operating at the intersection of STEM and community development. Her journey commenced with the attainment of a Bachelor's of Science in Neurology, Physiology, and Behavior from the University of California at Davis. Following this, she ventured into the international arena, first as a member of the Peace Corps in Mozambique, where she taught 12th-grade biology in Portuguese and pioneered a UN-recognized hospital internship program. Subsequently, her path led to active involvement in community development and public health initiatives in Maharashtra, India.

Returning home, Jade undertook domestic public health roles in both Oakland and San Francisco, California. In pursuit of further academic excellence, she earned her Master's in Public Health with a specialization in Biostatistics from the University of Illinois at Chicago. This served as a stepping stone to her subsequent roles in data science and data engineering consulting, where she contributed her expertise to government agencies and non-profit organizations.

Currently, Jade holds the position of Data Engineer at Pivot Bio, a pioneering sustainable biotech company headquartered in Berkeley, California. Despite her deep-rooted attachment to the Bay Area, she presently operates from the picturesque Adirondacks in Northern New York state.
