Oluwanifemi Osunsanya

Oluwanifemi Osunsanya

Oluwanifemi Osunsanya is a Product Designer driven by a passion for building thoughtful digital experiences that solve real problems. With over three years of hands-on experience in the fintech and real estate tech industries, he has contributed to high-impact products across Africa, working at the intersection of design, systems thinking, and user research.

Nifemi’s design journey has been anything but smooth. It’s a story of late nights, self-doubt, experimentation, quiet wins, and many lessons earned the hard way—what he often calls “growth, pain, wins, and shege.” Through all of this, he has remained deeply committed to designing with empathy, shipping with intention, and creating space for others to grow alongside him.

He’s known not just for his work, but for how he thinks—balancing the precision of a designer with the heart of a storyteller. He mentors up-and-coming designers, writes about creative and spiritual growth, and continues to explore how design can reflect both logic and love.

At his core, Nifemi believes that our most meaningful work is born in the in-between moments—the uncomfortable iterations, the failed attempts, and the deep questions. His voice is honest, reflective, and deeply human, and his sessions are often less about hype and more about what it takes to grow in tech.

When he’s not designing, you’ll find him curating creative conversations, documenting his thoughts on faith and identity, or simply being present in his community.
