I love to keep up with everything happening in the design world – be it graphics, interactive or even architecture. A graduate from NID, I founded Fractal Ink back in 1997 as a digital design studio. Always ahead of its times, the studio designed may of India’s firsts – Its first portal ‘Indiaworld’ that later was sold to Satyam, its first ever touch screen kiosk for Sun Pharma and many more.

Fractal Ink became Fractal ink Design Studio Pvt. Ltd. In 2011 as it joined hands with Tanay Kumar, Geeta Suthar and Priyanka Agrawal. Moving from strength to strength, Fractal Ink has won many accolades - Best User Experience Design Studio in the country by Pool Magazine, acknowledgement by Microsoft as User experience champions and multiple awards for other apps to name just a few. It grew into one of India’s largest Experience Design Studios. In 2016 Fractal ink got acquired by Dentsu Aegis Network, and in 2017 I decided to pursue other interests and retired from Fractal Ink.

As a design evangelist, I was one of the founding members of the Association of Designers in India (ADI) Mumbai Chapter. As someone who loves to share my knowledge, experience and insights, I teach short courses from time to time at various design institutes. As an adventurer, I travel with other car and motorbike enthusiasts across the country. As a technocrat, I experiment with 3D printing, laser cutting and lathe machines in my workshop. Paul Getty Museum, The Broad Museum, Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, Los Altos History Museum, East-West Center Gallery, and most recently as Curatorial Assistant for the Hawaiʻi Triennial 2025: Aloha Nō.
