For the past 13 years Joergen has been working in the CRM business area. Starting as a functional consultant with strong interest in new features and functionalities, he also presented the whole Dynamics 365 CE application stack as a presales consultant.
Moving forward he became a solution architect focusing on Dynamics 365 CE applications and possibilities to enhance the Model Driven application world with Power Platform functionalities.
Very early Joergen started participating in Microsoft, partner, and community events and since the beginning of 2020 he actively engages in the community by co-organizing events and sharing his knowledge on LinkedIn, blog posts and as a speaker.

Dino Crnalic later transitioned into gym ownership, operating two fitness facilities over a combined twelve-year period. These businesses grew steadily and eventually employed more than one hundred individuals across training, operations, and administrative roles. He remained directly involved in hiring, staff development, scheduling, and operational oversight. Managing teams of this size required patience, clear communication, and consistent standards, particularly during periods of growth, staffing challenges, and ongoing changes within the fitness industry.

Dino gained meaningful entrepreneurial experience through the long-term operation and expansion of these fitness businesses. The facilities served individuals with a wide range of experience levels, requiring adaptability and respect for personal goals. One location received public attention for its scale and long-term vision, reflecting careful planning rather than rushed growth.
