Dallas Jackson

Dallas Jackson

Dallas Jackson, the founder of Humaneering, is not your typical coach or trainer. She's the kind of person who believes in humanity before processes, and her journey in the world of Agile principles is as unique as she is. She's a coach, a practitioner, a methodologist, and a mentor, all rolled into one. She's the Swiss Army knife of agility, providing teams with the support they need, no matter what challenges they face.

Dallas embarked on the journey of founding Humaneering with a key focus in mind—to ensure that humans take the center stage in decision-making and processes across every facet of business. But it doesn't stop there. Humaneering also places a strong emphasis on sustainability, recognizing that a humane approach to business goes hand in hand with responsible and enduring practices for the planet. In a world where profit often takes precedence, Dallas and Humaneering champion a brighter, more balanced future where people and the environment thrive alongside business success.

In her previous life, Dallas was the Enterprise Coach at Whole Foods Market, where she focused on bringing agility to the forefront of the organization, coaching teams of all shapes and sizes to work with more agility. Whether it's HR, Accounting and Finance or the oldie but goodie, Technology, Dallas has shared her Agile expertise, witnessing teams undergo remarkable transformations.

But here's the twist – Dallas doesn't leave her Agile principles at the office. Nope, they follow her home too. Her household is a living testament to agility, complete with a Kanban board for her teenagers and inspect and adapt conversations around the clock. Dallas is not your typical Agile practitioner. She's a trailblazer in bringing agility into the world of non-profits, with a particular focus on industries and methods crucial to our planet's future—circular economy and organizations focused on our climate crisis. Her expertise extends far beyond the traditional Agile settings, demonstrating that agility can revolutionize even the most unconventional organizations and environments.

But what sets Dallas apart is her unwavering belief that every meaningful journey begins with that crucial first step in the right direction. She's on a mission to drive change, one agile step at a time, in industries where the stakes couldn't be higher.
