Guillermo Olivares es Arquitecto PUCV, Mg Estructuras UPC y Consultor registrado MINVU, especializado en el diseño, simulación avanzada y resiliencia de estructuras e infraestructura crítica. Es Founder de TAETT, consultora donde converge la ingeniería de datos, la física computacional y la inteligencia artificial para la gestión del riesgo territorial.

En el ámbito académico, se desempeña como Profesor de Estructuras en la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (e[ad] PUCV) e investiga activamente en el acoplamiento de modelos climáticos y mecánicos mediante elementos finitos y marcos de trabajo científicos (Scientific Machine Learning). Cuenta con un Máster en Diseño y Restauración de Estructuras Arquitectónicas por la Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya y un Diploma en Inteligencia Artificial por la UC, dedicándose a conectar el rigor científico con soluciones operativas de alto valor para la industria y el territorio.
