As the State of Michigan’s Office of Future Mobility and Electrification’s (OFME) mobility innovation associate director, Janine is focused on growing Michigan’s mobility and electrification ecosystem and creating safer, more equitable and environmentally conscious transportation solutions for Michigan residents. Derald has been a geographer with the Federal Government since 1996. He holds a Geography degree from Towson University, a Computer Science degree from Hood College, and is currently a PhD student in the School of Public Policy at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Derald’s geography career started at the GIS lab at Virginia Tech in 1992 where he digitized stream orders and soil types for the state of Virginia.

Starting in 1996 he worked as a cartographer at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Marine Chart Division where he managed source data used in the construction of Nautical Charts.

Derald started at the USDOT in 2001; His early work focused on developing geospatial-transportation data, cartographic automation, and application development. Seth B. Greenwald, PMP, MID, is a best-selling author, keynote speaker and presentation coach for project managers, engineering leaders and other technical professionals. After earning his Mechanical Engineering degree from The Cooper Union, Seth served as senior project manager for some of the largest engineering and construction firms in the country. He currently manages multiple civil works mega projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

As the owner of Creatively Speaking Inc., Seth has empowered countless individuals to advance their careers through effective communication. His public speaking programs 'Page to Stage' and 'Find Your Flow' have garnered widespread acclaim for their transformative impact on his student’s ability to craft highly memorable messages through the power of storytelling. Seth is a writer. His latest book, "Answering the Call of Your Creative Warrior" is the inspiring story of how he discovered his inner source of creative confidence which he frequently accesses to level up his leadership skills.

Seth currently serves as VPPR for Westchester Advanced Toastmasters and is the founding member of PMI-NYC Toastmasters. His dedication to the profession extends to serving as Secretary of the NYC chapter of National Speakers Association as well as being an active member of the Society of Military Engineers.
