William Veronesi Rocha, é servidor efetivo do INSS, desde abril de 2004. Graduado em Ciência da Computação pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais. Possuí MBA em Gestão Publica e Certificação em Gestão e Processos de Inovação pela Certiprof e especialização em Gestão e Governança de TI pela FGV.
No INSS, de 2004 a 2010, fez parte da equipe de todas as instancias hierárquicas, assumindo em 2010 a Coordenação Geral de TI do órgão, que na época era a instancia responsável por toda a TI do instituto.
