She has spoken at MIT, Wharton, CES, Shoptalk, Ad Week and many other high profile events globally.

In the earlier part of her career she was focused on digital creative direction and innovation. She won many awards and received global recognition for her work for some of the largest global retail brands. While always committed to inclusive design principals and human-centered designed, life took a sudden unexpected turn which forever changed her focus and mission as a designer.

In March of 2021 she became suddenly physically disabled due to a rare neurological condition triggered by a virus. In a flash her vision, hearing, balance & mobility and cognitive function was forever changed. She also learned late in life that she was neurodivergent, a life-changing revelation.

Unfortunately, Mike passed away, and I used my org development and behavioral analysis research to write my first book in 2020, "The New Normal: AO concepts and patterns of 21-st century agile organizations," and "Swarming X4" in 2021.
I'm a certified agile master coach with several agile certifications levels, still interacting with many initiatives on the evolution of work.
I don't distinguish between development and an executive committee of a global organization.
In 2014, I created Play14 (www.play14.org) with two colleagues, a global initiative on facilitation and serious games.
Even if I'm a full-time consultant, I'm still involved in Disciplined Agile with the PMI, with Open Eyes on the evolution of leadership, and with the ICF on agile coaching.

Omkar Kadam is an AWS Community Builder, a professional problem solver, who can help you with anything and everything for your cloud transformation journey. He has been a Smart India Hackathon alumni of 2017, and 2018 (winner), and most recently had the privilege to be amongst a few mentors for UNESCO India Africa Hackathon 2022, wherein he guided several teams and engineering students to solve real-life problems (Education and health care sector specifically) using technology. Courtney Donohoe has over a decade of experience serving in K-12 educational settings—as a teacher, administrator, literacy consultant, and a school improvement coach. Her most recent work has led her to school districts around the country in service of improving district-wide systems and structures to support effective teaching and learning and increased student performance.
