Licensed Strategy Advisor | Regulation Governance, Systems Architecture & Organisational Flow

Advising enterprise, government, and public sector leadership globally on regulatory policy, non-invasive systems integration, and human-in-the-loop operational resilience. I architect deterministic boundary frameworks that integrate across any industry - unifying legacy infrastructure without full system overhauls, eliminating multi-national entropy silos, and preventing blackbox system collapse.

What I Offer: Universal Industry Advisory & System Integration

My practice delivers end-to-end, sector-agnostic advisory and implementation capabilities developed to scale across critical infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics, finance, defence, healthcare, and enterprise technology.

1. Strategic Governance & Advisory

* Cross-Sector Regulatory Compliance: Designing, validating, and testing policy enforcement models tailored for complex multi-jurisdiction and cross-border regulatory adherence.

* Organisational Systems Analysis: Auditing, developing, and training internal corporate departments across all tiers for non-invasive, low-friction integration.

* Entropy Reduction & Silo Unification: Managing variable complexity to maintain congruent operational order and eliminate drag without introducing system latency.

* Risk Management & Failure-Mode SOPs: Authoring automated troubleshooting frameworks and fail-safe procedures to ensure continuity under extreme operating conditions.

2. Systems Architecture & Non-Invasive Integration

* Non-Invasive Socio-Technical Orchestration (SSO-ADGF): Bridging physical human workflows with existing digital infrastructure (ERP, WMS, MES), physical hardware, and air-gapped networks without requiring costly rip-and-replace overhauls.

* Deterministic Boundary Control (ISOIG): Enforcing operational precision through an adaptable, zero-latency custom intelligence standard.

* Algorithmic APIs & Unified Dashboards: Deploying plug-and-play dashboards for real-time compliance tracking, auditable telemetry, and verifiable system security.

* High-Assurance Technology Enablement: Safely layering cloud, patented AI, and legacy assets into verified, explainable, and fully auditable states.

3. Operational Execution & Human-AI Symbiosis

* Autonomous Dual-Mode Execution: Engineering resilient systems that maintain full operational autonomy whether AI capabilities are deployed, degraded, or completely offline.

* Adversarial & External Threat Immunisation: Enforcing strict data validation boundaries that shield core infrastructure from external computational threats and adversarial AI vectors.

* Cognitive Ergonomics & Anti-Panic Protocols: Translating complex technical requirements into ambiguity-free procedural manuals that mitigate operator fatigue and eliminate panic during high-stress anomaly overrides.

* Sustainable Capital & Milestone Integrity: Maximising time optimisation, preserving workforce stability, and securing milestone delivery through job-preserving, symbiotic human-AI collaboration across every department.

Through this advisory, organisations gain an end-to-end operational standard.

For almost 30 years I've run Step Ahead as Founder and CEO - an award-winning employment and training organisation that has helped thousands of people find work, often from the toughest starting points. But some of my most powerful conversations have happened informally - with my own sons, their friends, and the children of friends who came to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and invisible in a job market that nobody had prepared them for. The same questions kept coming up. The same avoidable mistakes kept quietly costing people opportunities.

So I put everything I told them into a programme - every step, every shortcut, every mistake to avoid - so people can follow the exact same path. Practical, direct, and built around what actually gets people hired. No fluff. No theory. Just what works.

I am the creator of Get The Job You Want, a training course that helps graduates globally to get them hired, in the job they want.

Lucy Larbi

Lucy Larbi

Lucy Larbi is a management consultant, entrepreneur, speaker and Agility+ coach specializing in entrepreneurial leadership, modern organizational design and transformation. She helps leaders and organizations create clarity in complexity, build structures that enable ownership, and translate strategy into meaningful action.

Her work sits at the intersection of consulting, entrepreneurship and future-oriented leadership. With more than ten years of experience across start-ups, mid-sized companies and corporate environments, Lucy brings a practical understanding of how organizations really work from the inside: where decisions get stuck, where teams lose momentum, where leadership becomes reactive — and how clarity, agile structures and entrepreneurial thinking can change that.
Lucy’s expertise is shaped by three perspectives.

First, she is a practitioner of entrepreneurship. As the founder and initiator of several ventures and platforms, including AiDiA, the first Afro-German start-up pitch event, BOLDLY e.V. and akan afrofusion, Germany’s first West African fusion restaurant, she knows what it means to build, lead and scale ideas in the real world.

Second, she brings methodological depth from her work in consulting and agile transformation. Through her Agility+ approach, Lucy supports organizations in designing clearer roles, leaner processes, stronger decision-making and leadership systems that help people take responsibility instead of waiting for permission.

Third, she brings a strong future and impact perspective. Her work connects business effectiveness with inclusion, innovation and social relevance. She believes that modern leadership is not about more control, but about creating the conditions in which people can contribute, collaborate and move forward with confidence.

On stage, Lucy speaks about entrepreneurial leadership, agile transformation, self-leadership, diversity as an innovation driver, and the future of work. Her keynotes combine sharp management insight with lived entrepreneurial experience, clear frameworks and engaging storytelling.
Lucy has been recognized with several awards, including the Digital Female Leader Award, the EDITION F Award in the Economy category, and the Female Leader Award at Miss Germany 2025, where she became Vice Miss Germany 2025. She also serves as a jury member for Miss Germany, supporting and assessing women in their role as modern leaders.
Her mission is simple: to move people and organizations from friction to clarity — and to show that leadership today means creating orientation, trust and structures for a future that people actually want to build.

Estephani Rivera Jaramillo
