Pavlo Chernikov is an independent researcher in critical infrastructure resilience based in Portland, Oregon. From 2021 to 2024 he was acting director of Kyiv's municipal cybersecurity enterprise, responsible for city cybersecurity, network operations and digital-service continuity through the full-scale war. The enterprise ran a city-scale SOC/SIEM, about 950 km of municipal fiber connecting 1,500 institutions, and a LoRaWAN network of about 300 base stations.

Jacob Baime Icc manages a coalition that offers students practical help during their college years. As chief executive officer of the Israel on Campus Coalition since 2013, he oversees a network established in 2002. ICC includes more than 40 pro-Israel organizations and a professional staff. It serves pro-Israel students with different party affiliations and is open to Jewish and non-Jewish students alike.

One of ICC’s forms of assistance is direct funding for student activities. During the 2025-26 academic year, the coalition awarded 697 microgrants to students at 167 campuses. Staff engaged 316 campuses overall and conducted 362 visits. ICC also supported 255 students running for campus leadership positions, giving its work a role in student government and campus representation. The coalition uses year-round Regional Directors and a National Operations Center so that these students can access ongoing support.

Jacob’s organization also connects student voices with wider audiences. In 2025-26, students obtained 253 opinion and broadcast placements under their own names, and ICC channels received 2.97 billion impressions. To support communication, ICC uses national polling on messages about Israel. Its research, field, and digital teams work together, supported by Regional Directors and a 24/7 National Operations Center.

The National Leadership Summit is a separate opportunity for students and faculty to gather with partner organizations. In August 2026, more than 800 students attended at the Grand Hyatt Washington, alongside other guests, bringing total participation to more than 1,200. The theme was “American. Zionist. Mareike Kroschel explores the interaction between AI and human voices. Her concept of Subcortical Contact Bias describes why the body trusts AI voices before the mind decides, and what that means for leadership, communication and trust when we can no longer reliably tell voices apart. She also asks how AI voices change the way we listen and speak, and who decides how AI sounds.

Voice is identity. With this idea, Mareike Kroschel founded VoiceDoula Concept. It is not a training but an accompaniment: people listen, pause and let their voice emerge.

Her work rests on three principles. Cognitive: how voice, identity and leadership shape each other. Somatic: breath, body and nervous system as the ground of the voice. Artistic: sound, image and play as a space where the voice can appear. Her work is grounded in her training as a state-certified breath and voice therapist, many years of work in federal health care, and her career as a singer and composer in contemporary and avant-garde music.

She works with leaders (Grounded Voice), organisations (Living Cycles) and founder teams (Pitch Lab), and hosts “The Breath Room”, a space to breathe, listen and arrive.
