Yves Collenot est un Serious Game Designer basé à Montpellier, spécialisé dans la conception de dispositifs pédagogiques par le jeu. Après une carrière de 25 ans au sein d'un grand groupe industriel, il a entamé une transition pour mettre son expertise au service de l'apprentissage ludique.

Yves développe des solutions innovantes pour "apprendre en jouant". Son expertise s'appuie sur l'expérience de l'accompagnement de collectifs en interne vers de nouveaux modes de gouvernance, le DU « Apprendre Par Le Jeu » (promotion 2025-2026), un goût immodéré pour toutes formes de jeux et la création d'ateliers de médiation numérique pour les jeunes.

Il est le co-auteur du jeu professionnel Les Aventuriers de la Draille dont il poursuit le développement. Son approche, axée sur l'authenticité et l'intelligence collective, vise à apporter une contribution concrète à la mutation des collectifs vers plus de robustesse.

Très impliqué dans l'écosystème local, Yves manifeste un engagement fort à travers plusieurs initiatives :
- Économie Sociale & Solidaire : coopérateur d'un groupe local de financement, utilisant des méthodes d'intelligence collective pour porter des projets à impact social.
