His work focuses on building high fidelity lab environments that translate real world attack techniques, from web and enterprise exploitation to mobile and cloud threats into structured, reproducible learning experiences.

Louise Humpington brings nearly three decades of experience across commercial law (Financial Services Litigation), international development, human rights, and AI ethics and governance. She has worked in some of the world's most demanding governance environments, including as Country Director for Oxfam in Papua New Guinea and as a Non-Executive Director of Amnesty International UK. Her work focuses on applying those legal, regulatory and human impact lenses to the design, development, and deployment of AI and in interrogating the principles of fairness and accountability to that live within their datasets. She argues that governance must be viewed as a mycelium network and that ethical considerations are no longer a cultural nicety. I've navigated organizations through service oriented architecture, mobile computing, cloud computing, and now AI.

It takes more than technical training or even leadership (both important); it also takes making sure that the people who are learning the skills know where they need to be on day 1 of "go live".

Building the operating picture and orienting the organization for it is my role.
