Katelyn Jones

Katelyn Jones

Katelyn Jones, PhD, is the founder of Noetic, a decision strategy and AI advisory practice for C-suite and senior leaders. She works with executives who are making significant investments in strategic initiatives and AI but can't clearly connect those investments to outcomes their boards, investors, or funders care about — helping them build the decision infrastructure that closes that gap.

Her background spans academic research, executive leadership, and teaching. Trained as a political scientist, her doctoral work examined how decisions are made in international organizations and how those choices play out on the ground. A growing focus of her work is on supporting leaders in navigating AI adoption beyond efficiency and compliance, helping them deploy AI in ways that have meaningful outcomes, specific impact goals, and ultimately do more good than harm.

She teaches Decision Strategy to MBA students at Loyola University Chicago's Quinlan School of Business, serves as Board Chair of Joel Hall Dancers & Center, and has keynoted events including the PMI Chicagoland Leadership Forum and Compass Connect. Her work has been featured in the Chicago Tribune and Crain's Chicago Business.

Katelyn speaks on decision strategy and leveraging AI for maximum impact. Her recent talks include the keynote "Measuring What Matters: AI's Social Impact" and the workshop "Decision Strategy: Building a Toolkit for Your Leadership Team and Board."

Her work focuses on applying those legal, regulatory and human impact lenses to the design, development, and deployment of AI and in interrogating the principles of fairness and accountability to that live within their datasets. She argues that governance must be viewed as a mycelium network and that ethical considerations are no longer a cultural nicety. They are foundational to mitigate risk, avoid legal and bottom line liability, and ensuring that real world harms are caught before damage is done. Governance must be preventative, not a mop up exercise.

Thomas de Klerk

Thomas de Klerk

Thomas de Klerk works as a learning consultant and trainer at Info Support, where he spends much of his time helping people make sense of complex technology — including AI.
His background is not purely technical. Early in his career he trained as a teacher at university level, later specialising in Human Resource Development. That combination still shapes how he looks at technology today: not just in terms of what it can do, but how people think, learn and make decisions around it.
His work now sits somewhere between training, facilitation and experimentation. He designs workshops, learning journeys and the occasional escape room to explore how people actually work with tools like AI in practice.
He uses AI himself, daily — which is exactly why he keeps questioning what it does to his own thinking.

His background is backed by an MSc from Université Paris Diderot (Paris 7), an Executive MBA from HEC Lausanne, and the CBAP, FSEA M1, PMP, Prosci CCP, and PSPO II certifications.

His long-term consulting mandates are on hold while he serves as Enterprise Architecture Repository Manager. He remains available for conference talks, workshops, training sessions, and visiting lectures.

Licensed Strategy Advisor | Regulation Governance, Systems Architecture & Organisational Flow

Advising enterprise, government, and public sector leadership globally on regulatory policy, non-invasive systems integration, and human-in-the-loop operational resilience. I architect deterministic boundary frameworks that integrate across any industry - unifying legacy infrastructure without full system overhauls, eliminating multi-national entropy silos, and preventing blackbox system collapse.

What I Offer: Universal Industry Advisory & System Integration

My practice delivers end-to-end, sector-agnostic advisory and implementation capabilities developed to scale across critical infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics, finance, defence, healthcare, and enterprise technology.

1. Strategic Governance & Advisory

* Cross-Sector Regulatory Compliance: Designing, validating, and testing policy enforcement models tailored for complex multi-jurisdiction and cross-border regulatory adherence.

* Organisational Systems Analysis: Auditing, developing, and training internal corporate departments across all tiers for non-invasive, low-friction integration.

* Entropy Reduction & Silo Unification: Managing variable complexity to maintain congruent operational order and eliminate drag without introducing system latency.

* Risk Management & Failure-Mode SOPs: Authoring automated troubleshooting frameworks and fail-safe procedures to ensure continuity under extreme operating conditions.

2. Systems Architecture & Non-Invasive Integration

* Non-Invasive Socio-Technical Orchestration (SSO-ADGF): Bridging physical human workflows with existing digital infrastructure (ERP, WMS, MES), physical hardware, and air-gapped networks without requiring costly rip-and-replace overhauls.

* Deterministic Boundary Control (ISOIG): Enforcing operational precision through an adaptable, zero-latency custom intelligence standard.

* Algorithmic APIs & Unified Dashboards: Deploying plug-and-play dashboards for real-time compliance tracking, auditable telemetry, and verifiable system security.

* High-Assurance Technology Enablement: Safely layering cloud, patented AI, and legacy assets into verified, explainable, and fully auditable states.

3. Operational Execution & Human-AI Symbiosis

* Autonomous Dual-Mode Execution: Engineering resilient systems that maintain full operational autonomy whether AI capabilities are deployed, degraded, or completely offline.

* Adversarial & External Threat Immunisation: Enforcing strict data validation boundaries that shield core infrastructure from external computational threats and adversarial AI vectors.

* Cognitive Ergonomics & Anti-Panic Protocols: Translating complex technical requirements into ambiguity-free procedural manuals that mitigate operator fatigue and eliminate panic during high-stress anomaly overrides.

* Sustainable Capital & Milestone Integrity: Maximising time optimisation, preserving workforce stability, and securing milestone delivery through job-preserving, symbiotic human-AI collaboration across every department.

Through this advisory, organisations gain an end-to-end operational standard.
