Yackson Eustaquio Chaverra Mena is a Colombian prosecutor, legal scholar and researcher working at the intersection of criminal justice, artificial intelligence, digital evidence, cybercrime and institutional governance. He currently serves as a sectional prosecutor in Colombia, with professional experience in complex criminal investigations, public-sector crime and cases involving significant institutional and evidentiary challenges.
He holds two Doctorates in Law, including a doctorate from Universidad Católica de Colombia and a PhD from Universidad de Baja California, Mexico, awarded Magna Cum Laude.
