I’ve spent 15+ years building data and AI systems—and what keeps me motivated is simple: turning ambitious ideas into dependable, production-ready capabilities that teams can trust.

Today, I’m a 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 at 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗡𝗼𝘄, leading AI platform innovations across Machine Learning, Generative AI, and data engineering. I enjoy the end-to-end work: aligning to business outcomes, designing the architecture, and partnering with teams to ship high-quality solutions. I’ve worked across Fortune 500 enterprises and global startups, and I’ve learned one pattern repeatedly—AI doesn’t scale because of a great model; it scales because the system around it is designed and operated well.

That belief is what led me to write my published book, 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗜 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮—a practical playbook on building strong data foundations, responsible AI governance, and leadership habits that make AI durable, not fragile.

I was recognized among 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮’𝘀 𝗔𝗜𝗠 𝟰𝟬 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝟰𝟬 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 (𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱), and I’ve helped deliver scalable AI frameworks across BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing. Mentorship is also important to me—I support communities such as WEHUB and women-in-tech networks, and I write and speak about ethical AI and inclusive team building.

I’m a 𝗗𝗘𝗜 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 because inclusion isn’t a statement—it’s a daily leadership practice. I care about building teams where people feel safe to contribute, grow, and lead.

If you’d like to exchange ideas on scaling AI responsibly, building data platforms, or making GenAI work in real enterprise environments—reach out. I’m always happy to connect.

Rushi Manche

Rushi Manche

Rushi Manche co-founded a blockchain technology company that introduced the first modular blockchain network to integrate high performance, liquidity, and composability. In his early twenties, he and his partner decided to leave their internships and withdraw from Vanderbilt University to pursue their venture's vision entirely. Their early commitment led to raising $3.4 million in pre-seed funding from over 25 angel investors. This foundational support enabled them to build a team of over 70 members and initiate the creation of a system designed to transform the blockchain development experience.

In 2023, just one year after the company’s launch, they successfully closed a $38 million Series A funding round. This significant milestone was backed by leading venture capital firms, including Hack VC, Placeholder, Archetype, Maven 11, Robot Ventures, Figment Capital, Nomad Capital, Bankless Ventures, OKX Ventures, dao5, and Aptos Labs. His leadership and technical input were central to establishing a platform designed for secure, scalable, and cross-chain applications.

Rushi Manche addressed significant challenges in blockchain infrastructure, especially interoperability and security. He believed blockchain programming provided a more reliable and efficient solution than traditional systems. The goal was to give the developers the tools to build applications that could operate safely and effectively across multiple networks, enhancing the overall user experience in decentralized environments.

The company's modular framework divided the blockchain system into layers, each responsible for specific tasks. This approach improved the platform’s flexibility, scalability, and maintainability. A programming language developed by a major tech company was utilized to construct a secure Ethereum Layer 2 network. The platform also launched a token to support ongoing development and network operations.

Before starting the company, he worked as a software engineer at Aptos Project, contributing to the development of decentralized exchanges and cross-chain index funds. He also founded Ensemble, an AI-powered test preparation platform that partnered with 53 high schools to provide free academic support to students nationwide.

His experience also includes a role at UnitedHealth Group, where he migrated seven APIs from on-premises to AWS cloud infrastructure, resulting in an 84% reduction in costs. He also upgraded backend systems to improve scalability and performance. As a freelance Full-Stack Developer, he redesigned and modernized a platform using updated frameworks, integrating cloud-based services to enhance functionality.

He holds a Seal of Biliteracy in French and has completed several technical certifications through Udemy in areas such as blockchain development, machine learning, natural language processing, and full-stack web development.

His academic and professional work has earned him several honors. In 2021, he received the Ingram Scholarship at Vanderbilt University. He was awarded the Burger King McLamore Scholarship and was a semifinalist for the Elks National Foundation and Coca-Cola Scholarships. He earned the title of National AP Scholar for achieving high scores across multiple AP exams.

Additional recognitions include winning the New Jersey State Stock Pitch Competition and receiving the Certified Young Investment Analyst designation through the Young Investors Society. He was among the top three percent of the Diamond Challenge Entrepreneurship Competition for presenting an app focused on reducing food waste. In 2020, he received the New Jersey State Governor’s Jefferson Award for public service. He was a finalist in the Seton Hall Pirates Pitch Business Plan Competition, where he proposed a solution to address educational inequality.

Alongside his academic and professional achievements, he and his family have supported healthcare-related charitable efforts in India for over a decade. He volunteered with organizations in high school, including UNICEF and the Samaritan Homeless Interim Program.

Born in Springfield, Illinois, Rushi Manche enjoys playing basketball, traveling, and spending time in nature.

Ted Oshman, who also practices professionally as Theodore Oshman, is a veteran trial attorney and legal strategist with more than 40 years of experience representing individuals harmed by corporate negligence, defective products, and medical malpractice. He is the owner and principal attorney of The Oshman Firm, a nationally active plaintiff litigation practice based in New Jersey and New York City. Since beginning his legal career in 1984 and assuming firm ownership in 1985, he has secured over $500 million in recoveries for clients involved in complex mass tort and catastrophic injury matters.

His academic background includes earning an undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Rochester. This scientific foundation enabled him to analyze medical records, technical data, and expert testimony. He later earned a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and completed additional coursework at the New York University School of Professional Studies to expand his professional and business knowledge. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and has represented clients nationwide.

Ted Oshman began practicing law with The Oshman Firm and its predecessor entities in 1984. From the start, his practice focused on cases involving negligence, defective products, unsafe pharmaceuticals, environmental contamination, and medical errors. In 1985, he assumed ownership of The Oshman Firm and has remained in that role for more than four decades, maintaining active involvement in case development and litigation strategy.

Under his leadership, the firm has handled environmental litigation, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, and personal injury law. The Oshman Firm has been appointed as lead counsel or co-lead counsel in numerous mass tort litigations. He has also served in court-designated leadership roles, including liaison counsel and positions on Plaintiffs’ Steering Committees in Multi-County Litigations involving drug product liability and medical device claims. In 2019, the firm was named “Best Lawyers Best Law Firms” by U.S. News & World Report.

His litigation results include over $55 million recovered in the Roundup litigation, more than $40 million recovered in the transvaginal mesh litigation, and a $42 million cash payment with a structured annuity in a medical malpractice case involving failure to monitor labor progress properly. Outside of legal practice, Ted Oshman holds leadership roles in Naliboki Enterprises, LLC, Sonaro Realty Corp., NeoVC, and eMatrix Energy Systems, Inc., while remaining active in philanthropy and family life with his wife, Anne, and their three children.

Why Speakers Like Me Belong in Technical Conferences:
Most technical summits focus on tooling and infrastructure, but few address the human system behind the work. Engineers and startup leaders operate under constant pressure, with little training on how to regulate stress, manage emotions, or navigate team dynamics.

As a former tech consultant turned somatic relationship coach, I help high-performing men and founders master their internal systems through emotional intelligence, breathwork, and nervous system awareness. My clients include developers, architects, CTOs, and CEOs who want to lead with clarity and scale without burnout. Talks like mine bring real value by supporting the humans behind the code.
