Jenny Wynter

Jenny Wynter

Jenny Wynter is what happens when a stand-up comedian and a mental health advocate collide. Based in Queensland, she’s known for taking the stuff workplaces usually tiptoe around - the messy reality of creativity, culture, and mental load - putting it onstage, and turning it into something genuinely unforgettable.

Jenny doesn't deliver keynotes; she runs an intervention. Instead of lecturing on leadership or diversity, she uses her extensive training in improv, comedy, and musical timing to pull the audience into a shared experience. This deliberate method transforms what could be another corporate talk into a session that actually sticks - because people weren't just passively listening, they were playing.

Before she was delivering keynotes, Jenny was navigating the wards of children's hospitals as a Clown Doctor for close to five years - a gig that taught her more about high-stakes improvisation, tough audiences, and managing emotional complexity than all her training with the best of the best, (including Second City and The Groundlings in the States and Loose Moose in Canada) combined. She funnels that rare mix of stagecraft and genuine empathy into her movement, Funny Mummies™, a community built to help mothers protect their mental health through connection and laughter.

Her work has been recognised with significant accolades: the PSA Kerrie Nairn Fellowship, the first-ever ABC iView Pitch Perfect win, Excellence in Cabaret at Melbourne Fringe, Best Variety Show at United Solo Festival in New York, and a Green Room Award nomination for cabaret writing. She’s also a two-time TEDx speaker and holds a Bachelor of Communications majoring in Business Marketing. Online, she leads a Facebook community of around 30,000 women, and performs nationally and internationally, often utilising her knack for improvising songs on the spot, supported by years of vocal and keyboard training.

For event planners, Jenny also brings the practical side: full AV support, a studio with green-screen capability for virtual events, recording facilities, and a tour-ready PA system. She’s comfortable working globally, having delivered virtual keynotes to teams across the Asia Pacific, clients in the US, and organisations in the UK - always ensuring the event happens during the client's business hours, even if it means logging on in the middle of the night from Queensland.

Clients describe her the same way: warm, sharp, and genuinely inclusive. She doesn't just deliver a message; she shifts the energy of the room in minutes, leaving people feeling lighter and ready to act. If you’re looking for a keynote grounded in the messy reality of life, but delivered with the precision of a trained comedian, Jenny is the go-to speaker for an event that is truly energising and grounded in humanity.

Adam Adler

Adam Adler

For Adam Adler, building a career has always been a gradual process, one shaped by steady learning, consistent effort, and a commitment to seeing projects through. Now based in Charleston as an entrepreneur and investor, he leads The Adler Fund, a private equity group investing in sustainable development, technology, real estate, and high-growth startups. His trajectory shows how experience across different fields can be combined into a thoughtful long-term vision.

Adam’s earliest foundation came from competitive tennis. As a young player, he trained at the Rick Macci Tennis Academy in South Florida, where structure and repetition were central to daily life. His dedication earned him a scholarship to the University of South Carolina, where he balanced the demands of NCAA athletics with a double major in Sports & Entertainment Management and Business. He graduated with honors in 2007. The expectations placed on him as a student-athlete helped shape his discipline, resilience, and ability to handle pressure, qualities he leaned on heavily in his later ventures.

Entrepreneurship first entered Adam’s life while he was still in college. At USC, he co-founded Ultimate Social Networking Inc. and Ultimate College Model, which became the first digitally native modeling network. These initial projects gave him an understanding of early-stage technology, online engagement, and the challenges of building communities in the digital space. They also sparked his interest in how emerging technologies could reshape traditional industries.

After completing college, Adam transitioned into the biotech space. He gathered a team of molecular scientists, including several who had previously served as biochemists at Merck and Amgen, to launch Fuse Science. The company built a 30k sq. ft. FDA- and cGMP-certified facility in Oxnard, California, which housed its headquarters and lab operations. As CEO, he oversaw the development of a nutrient delivery system that uses sublingual, buccal, and transdermal absorption to bypass digestion and enable faster nutrient uptake than capsules. During the company’s early phase, he self-funded operations, secured valuable intellectual property, and assembled a leadership group with Fortune 25 backgrounds. He then expanded the company’s visibility by partnering with distinguished athletes, including Tiger Woods, Andy Murray, David Ortiz, Jose Bautista, Tyson Chandler, Paul Pierce, Andre Ward, and Paul Rodriguez. With support from Daymond John, Fuse Science scaled rapidly, rising from an approximate valuation of $500k to more than $100M.

Alongside entrepreneurship, Adam built a presence in professional poker. Over the years, he reached several final tables at World Series of Poker events and achieved multiple deep runs in major World Poker Tour tournaments. His appearance at the televised final table of the 2022 WPT Championship demonstrated his ability to make disciplined, strategic decisions under high pressure. His experience in high-stakes cash games sharpened his risk assessment and patience, skills that closely reflect his investment philosophy.

The Adler Fund emerged from Adam’s desire to bring together his interests and experiences across multiple industries. Headquartered in Charleston, the firm invests in AI, real estate development, and emerging companies. As Managing Partner, he remains actively involved in evaluating opportunities, shaping strategies, and supporting founders.

In real estate, he focuses on sustainable development across the Lowcountry, emphasizing environmental responsibility, community value, and thoughtful design. In technology, he backs founders working on meaningful advancements in biotech, cyber, and child-focused education. One such investment is Wyzly, a learn-to-earn app where children earn screen time by completing educational challenges. The idea came from his 7-year-old daughter, Isla, and reflects Adam’s interest in healthier digital habits for families.

Adam’s leadership style is grounded in clarity, involvement, and purpose. Influenced early by observing his father’s success as a day trader, he learned the importance of resilience and disciplined decision-making.

As he looks ahead, Adam plans to continue expanding The Adler Fund’s work across real estate and technology, deepen partnerships with AI-driven companies, and support founders building ventures with long-term value. His focus remains on contributing to Charleston’s growth and helping shape projects that leave a lasting impact.

I’ve always believed that real change starts from the ground up. The problems we see around us—children deprived of education, youth struggling for opportunities, voices going unheard—won’t fix themselves. If we don’t step up, who will?

I still remember the evening that changed something in me. I was in 6th grade, out for dinner with my family, when I saw a boy—probably even younger than me—cleaning tables, picking up leftover food from the ground, and later, washing dishes in the open in chilling winter, all by himself. I just...didn't really knew at that time that this is also something that happens in this world. We were both just kids, but our worlds couldn’t have been more different. I was sitting comfortably with my family, talking about school and dreams, while he was working late into the night, carrying a weight no child should have to bear.

That night, I couldn’t shake the thought—why is life so unfair for some? And more importantly, why do we just accept it as normal? I had always been drawn to debates and discussions about India’s future, but that was the moment I knew—I want to do something real. Not just talk, but act. So that kids like him get the education they deserve, the life they deserve. Because this? This is not the India our freedom fighters fought for.

Today, I’m on a journey to understand problems at their root and work towards real solutions. Whether it’s through policy making, leadership, or on-the-ground activism, I want to play my part in shaping an India where no child is left behind, and every young person has a chance to thrive.

I’m always open to discussions, opportunities, and collaborations that align with this vision. If you share the same fire for policy, governance, youth activism, or leadership, let’s connect and build something meaningful together.

Christian Crumlish

Christian Crumlish

Christian Crumlish is Director of Product at Kind and was Director of the Product Chapter at the late, lamented 18F. He brings over two decades of experience in UX design, product management, and information architecture to the challenge of building ethical AI systems.

At Kind, Christian defines the product and UX practices, leads a project for VA.gov, improving the online experience for veterans submitting and tracking disability benefits reviews, and explores the possibilities of AI-enhances product management practices.

At 18F, Christian worked on federal digital services including the launch of ClimateCorps.gov and passport modernization efforts for Consular Affairs at the State Department, learning how to navigate complex stakeholder interests while keeping user needs central. This public service perspective informs his conviction that AI systems should be built for human flourishing, not just engagement metrics.

At 7 Cups, Christian lead product development for chat-based mental health and peer support platforms, where the intersection of technology and human welfare wasn’t theoretical—it was the core challenge of every product decision.

This experience shapes his approach to AI development: technology should amplify human capability without replacing human judgment, strengthen systems without creating dependencies, and maintain professional boundaries even when business metrics might reward boundary violations.

Christian is author of “Product Management for UX People” and has been a regular speaker at IA Summit/IAC conferences for nearly two decade. His writing combines technical depth with accessible explanation—a skill honed through years of translating between engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.

Currently, Christian is building Piper Morgan, a product management AI assistant designed with ethics-first architecture. This project demonstrates that privacy-preserving AI isn’t just theoretically possible but empirically validated—achieving 80.3% clustering accuracy using only metadata relationships, with zero content analysis required.

His “Building Piper Morgan” blog series documents this work in public, sharing both successes and methodology. The approach emphasizes systematic engineering over good intentions, architectural enforcement over policy guidelines, and information architecture principles as essential tools for AI safety.

Christian’s work sits at the intersection of product management, information architecture, and ethical AI development—proving that human-centered design principles scale to AI systems when properly architected into the information structure itself.

In his copious spare time he writes and records music with his band, Layers of Meta, and released a debut album in 2025 called No One Does it Solo Only.
