Dr Tine Munk is a Senior Lecturer in Criminology at Nottingham Trent University, specialising in cybercrime, cybersecurity, and digital warfare. Her research focuses on politically motivated actors and actions, the strategic use of digital media in modern information conflicts, and the intersections of memetic warfare, civic resistance, online extremism, and digital victimisation. Her work bridges criminology, cybersecurity, and digital media in international contexts. She is Principal Investigator of The Complex Web in Memetic Warfare (2024–2025), a BA/Leverhulme-funded project with Aarhus University, Denmark, which explores how memes are used as strategic tools in information warfare, particularly in Ukraine and their wider impact on U.S. and European discourse. Her publications include The Rise of Politically Motivated Cyber Attacks (2022), Memetic War: Online Resistance in Ukraine (2024), and Far-Right Extremism Online: Beyond the Fringe (2024). She is co-editor of Victimisation in the Digital Age (2025) with Dr Morag Kennedy. This edition is based on the 2023 Online–Offline Continuum conference, and she leads two online symposiums in 2025 on digital harms, civic resilience, media literacy and memetic warfare. She is also co-editing the book New Types of Civic Resistance and Activism (2025) with Dr Ian Mahoney and Elliot Doornbos. Dr Munk has presented her research at EUROCRIM, Security BSides Barcelona, the Kyiv International Cyber Resilience Forum, and BrightTalks 2025. She currently serves as a Nottingham Civic Exchange Policy Fellow (2024–2025), contributing to public understanding of cyber threats, communications and digital resilience.

With a rich background in agile methodologies and engineering team management, I have had the privilege of sharing my expertise at several renowned conferences and meetups in France. In 2018, I spoke at Agile Tour Toulouse and Montpellier, presenting on the Scrum Master role, and at Toulouse Devfest 2023, where I addressed the challenges of managing remote teams. Internally at MonkeyPatch in October 2024, I gave a talk on the "No Estimate" practice.

In 2019, I organized workshops and meetups for my company, including the popular "Artist vs Specifier" workshop, as well as sessions focused on improving visual management through sketch notes. More recently, in 2024, I was invited to participate in the French podcasts IFTTD and Tech Lead Corner to discuss engineering team management strategies.

As a speaker and workshop facilitator, my aim is always to empower teams to improve collaboration, foster a strong team culture, and streamline project management practices.

Dr. Nico Mothes (né Hoffmann) is a seasoned AI researcher and industry expert specializing in Digital Twins, Surrogate Modeling, and AI-driven process optimization. With a background in medical image and signal analysis, he has extended his expertise into industrial AI solutions, working with leading companies in semiconductors, manufacturing, and energy sectors.

As Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Helm & Walter IT-Solutions / SAXONY.ai, he leads projects at the intersection of machine learning, numerical simulation, and real-time analytics, enabling companies to enhance production efficiency, predictive maintenance, and process automation. His work spans from AI-based error detection to sensor calibration in gas analytics and object detection & pose estimation for industrial automation.
Previously, he led a Helmholtz AI research group at Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf, where he developed Physics-Informed Neural Networks and scalable AI solutions for high-performance computing environments. His open-source contributions, such as Neural Solvers, have been featured at major conferences, including PyTorch Conference 2022.

Dr. Mothes has published in top-tier AI journals and conferences, including NeurIPS, ICML and MICCAI, and has been recognized for his contributions to AI-driven scientific computing and industrial applications. He actively engages in the German AI ecosystem, organizing hackathons and industry collaborations, and has received the Digitalpreis Sachsen for his efforts in AI education for kids.

Involved in Mountain Rescue in Venezuela since1992, Humberto continues volunteering today with SAR organizations in The Netherlands and in Germany. He studied Law and is an Intelligence Analyst graduated from Brunel University in
London. He gained experience in government, private sector, and in international organizations like the International Criminal Court in The Hague, the Netherlands.
With an unconventional combination of academic, analytic and operational experiences in different countries, Humberto currently combines Intelligence Analysis and SAR delivering a variety of professional and volunteer services related to
