Ralph serves as Assistant Vice President for Strategic Programs in the Office of University Strategy and Director of the Center for Organizational Leadership at Rutgers University, where he provides executive leadership for a portfolio of signature academic leadership programs, consultation services, and research initiatives. In this role, he oversees the alignment and coordination of localized planning activities with major university priorities, and he ensures consistency of academic leadership development efforts across the institution.

Sacha Piersanti was born in Rome in 1993 and is a PhD student in Modern Philology at the DFCLAM of the University of Siena.

He has published the poetry books "Pagine in corpo" (Empirìa 2015) and "L'uomo è verticale" (Empirìa 2018) and the essay "Zero, nessuno e centomila. Lo specifico teatrale nell'arte di Renato Zero (Arcana 2109; 2022). He also translated from English to Italian the diary "Nature in the City/La natura in città" by the artist-poet Jimmie Durham (Fondazione Benetton 2023).

Hannah Hyun White (she/her) is a REEDS Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the STEM Learning Center and Department of Educational Policy Studies and Practice at the University of Arizona. During this postdoctoral fellowship and under the mentorship of Dr. Judy Marquez Kiyama, Dr. Hyun White will primarily engage with the Culturally Responsive Curriculum Development Institute (CRCDI). This program works to support STEM faculty in engaging and integrating culturally responsive pedagogical and curricular practices through professional development for faculty that are teaching foundational lecture and lab courses at the University of Arizona.

As a Korean American adoptee her other research focuses largely on amplifying the voices of transracial/transnational adoptee communities and understanding how neoliberal systems shape the experiences of student activists in higher education. Her research and praxis are largely influenced by Asian American feminist theories, Critical Adoption Studies, and decolonial frameworks/methodology in co-creating knowledge that centers truth telling, collectivism, and care in working to dismantle systemic racism and violence in educational spaces.

In June 2024, she earned her Ph.D. in Education, with a primary focus on Higher Education, from the University of California, San Diego, within the Department of Education Studies – Transforming Education in a Diverse Society.

I am a London based ICF-trained leadership and organizational coach. I have over a decade of experience in tech leadership roles spanning Big Tech and startups in AI / FinTech spaces (including Goldman Sachs, Twitter).

My passion for both 0-to-1 and 1-10x journeys brought me to angel investing and coaching/advisory roles. I love nothing more than helping companies chart their journey, shaping impactful people strategies, and navigating the ever-evolving tech landscape. As an external coach, I dive into the core of how teams work, providing tailored 1:1 and group coaching sessions. I serve as a NED and board advisor with BeTheBusiness, The Catalyst Collective, and Resonate Arts. Mentoring holds a special place in my heart, and I’m associated with Techstars, ADPList, Plato, CTO Craft. I advise and help early stage founders through Zinc and other VCs.
