My journey began with a mathematics degree in Kazakhstan. A passion for learning drew me toward educational leadership, and that passion brought me to Hungary, where I earned a PhD in Education at Eötvös Loránd University. Along the way I worked with machine-learning specialists as an AI data annotator, taught computer science and mathematics in an international school, and designed corporate training programs on AI and digital capabilities.

Today I lead the Research and Product Development team at Pulze Digital (Shiwaforce), creating learning journeys on artificial intelligence, data, cloud, and low-code/no-code technologies for enterprises across the region. My work sits at the intersection of organizational research, business analysis, and capability development - from identifying what a client truly needs, to shaping the solution and delivering it.

My Ph.D topic was on organizational leadership research. In my book "Synaptic Leadership: Connecting Culture, Organizations and Identity" I examine how leadership identities are shaped - and what organizations and individuals must do to lead through disruption, not just survive it.

My name is Charity McCoy, and I reside in the Chicagoland Suburbs. I am a program and change management consultant/grant writer, author, and inventor who helps employees adapt to their new IT applications using human-centered communication and business psychology learning activities. I am certified in Prosci ADKAR change management and Diversity and Inclusion best practices. I am in my last year of my business psychology Ph.D. program at The Chicago School. The focus of my dissertation topic aims to provide insights into success factors that contribute to the meaningful and competitive employment of Black adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), also known as neurodiverse workers. I am passionate about this topic as my son is on the spectrum as a computer networking college student.
