Lorenzo Los Baños

Lorenzo Los Baños

Lorenzo Los Baños is the Founder of The Origin Group International and the author of The Omega Intelligence, a forthcoming book that introduces SQ (Spiritual-Soul Intelligence), AQ (Authenticity, Adaptability, and AI as Actual Intelligence ) and RQ (Resonance Intelligence) to the traditional IQ/EQ framework.

A first-generation Filipino-American raised in Jersey City, Lorenzo spent over a decade as an accountant and later as a financial controller, working with large nonprofits and mission-driven organizations throughout New York City. But behind the spreadsheets and ledgers, he was also navigating a neurodivergent brain — bipolar, ADHD, OCD, and other diagnoses — in systems that weren't built for people like him.

After a series of personal and professional reckonings, including a year of solitude and deep inner work, Lorenzo stepped away from traditional accounting to build something new. The Origin Group International is his answer: a corporate entity rooted in authenticity, alignment, and the belief that systems should serve souls — not the other way around.

Lorenzo is also the founder of The Remembrance Movement, a growing community of healers, misfits, and timeline-runners who are done performing and ready to remember who they were before the world told them to be small.

He has been featured on Substack's Top 100 in Philosophy and has built a following of over 10,000 on Instagram — including politicians, international DJs, bestselling authors, and Fortune 500 executives — by being radically authentic about his life, his diagnoses, and his becoming.

Lorenzo lives in Jersey City, NJ, with his cat & dog, Stella & Sweetheart. He is currently finishing The Omega Intelligence, scheduled for release on May 25, 2026.
