She was often declared as the “different” one and shunned due to the vastness of her dreams. Her passion has contributed to her success as the CEO of Blue Wings Home Health Services and more than fifteen years as an industry fashion and print model. The doctors diagnosed Zuriel with lupus and said that she wouldn’t live past the age of twenty-four. Due to lack of knowledge and resources at the time, she immediately thought that her dreams were no longer attainable; life was over. After many bouts with depression, pain, addictions and hospital stays, Zuriel became discontent and decided to use her pain to propel her into purpose. With over a decade immersed in customer experience, I’ve learned to truly listen — to ask the right questions, understand what isn’t being said, and build strong, meaningful relationships with both internal teams and external clients. This journey has shaped my ability to identify what people need… often before they express it.

Today, I help entrepreneurs and businesses design customer experiences that captivate from the very first interaction, creating authentic connections that keep clients coming back and choosing you as their top-of-mind option, every time.

After 10 years working hands-on in service-focused roles, one truth is clear to me: customer experience is the soul of any business. It’s the defining factor between a client who stays, recommends, and grows with you — and one who walks away feeling unseen.

My mission is to elevate brands through memorable, consistent, and emotionally resonant customer journeys, transforming satisfaction into loyalty — and loyalty into sustainable growth.

Steve Copeland

Steve Copeland

Steve Copeland started where most MSPs start — working out of his trunk, saying yes to everything, grinding 80-hour weeks. He built Manage My IT into something real, something valuable, something he could sell.
So he sold it. And then he walked away for eight years.
When he came back to the industry, he wasn't nostalgic. He was curious. After enough distance to see clearly, one question kept nagging: "What actually separated the clients who trusted us completely from the ones who left at the first opportunity?"
The answer became "The 3AM Test for MSPs" — a framework for building partnerships worth trusting when everything's on fire. It's not theory. It's a synthesis of every failure, every 3AM call handled badly, every client relationship that could have survived but didn't.
Today, Steve is CEO of RYTHMz and founder of AEGITz, lan MSP with a $50K ransomware guarantee backing his philosophy. He puts real money behind his advice because he's already paid the tuition on what doesn't work.

Steve Adolph

Steve Adolph

Steve is a Strategic Advisor at Scaled Agile, where he pursues his passion for improving people's working lives by working differently and building the future.
Steve's been in this industry longer than he cares to think about, and if you remember Fortran, TTL, 8 bit logic, and can solder, then you’re probably in his demographic. Steve started his career actually doing engineering and building cool things like telephone switches and railway signaling systems. Around the late 90s, he was seduced by the dark side of a greater salary, plus an office with a door that could close, and moved into management. There, he became interested in how ways of working and organizational culture influence enterprise outcomes. Steve has worked with a wide variety of clients using SAFe to better their way of working for nearly 15 years.
Steve has written numerous papers on agility, analysis, and software engineering. He has authored several books on analysis, including the recently published “The Rock Crusher.”
Education-wise, Steve holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering and is a SAFe SPCT. But, despite that, he is still an OK guy. For fun, Steve enjoys the usual West Coast lifestyle: skiing, hiking, kayaking, and complaining about housing prices. There is a nasty rumour circulating that Steve is an opera fan.
