Dr Panos Chatzipanos is a resourceful and diverse revenue producer with considerable engineering knowledge, large construction experience and substantial managerial competencies that span more than 40 years in the construction industry, over 15 at the executive level.

He is currently the President of Green Athens S.A., an STC at the World Bank and a Consultant at the EU Parliament. He is a principal of PMO Advisory, Inc. He is the co-author of five Project Management Institute Standards, including the ANSI Standards for Portfolio Management and Earned Value Management. He is the Co-Editor of the book “Implementing Portfolio Management” published by PMI. He also is a member of the Global ISO Technical Committee on project management.

He is a founding member of the American Academy of Water Resources Engineers, a D.WRE, and a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). He is the Governor of ASCE for Europe. He is also the Honorary President of PMI Greece-Chapter and the President of ASCE, Hellenic Section.
