He has represented a diverse clientele, including corporations, pass-through entities, and individuals, before the IRS and state taxing authorities.

In his tax credit practice, he has helped clients with a wide variety of credits from federal statutory credits, including the Employee Retention Credit, Research and Development Credit, investment tax credits (Section 48 and 48E), Historic Rehabilitation Tax credits, and state tax incentives, including statutory and training credits, and negotiated incentives.
