Andrew Byer, Attorney, was born in 1962 in Jersey City, New Jersey, into a family enriched by his Italian immigrant mother's heritage. This bicultural environment, which included significant time spent in Italy, ingrained a deep appreciation for diverse cultures, influencing his aspirations and later career in international law. He pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Columbia University, graduating in 1984, and his global perspective was further enhanced by a semester abroad in France.

After completing his Juris Doctor at Syracuse University College of Law in 1987, Andrew began his legal career in South Florida.
