Mohsin Ahmed

Mohsin Ahmed

Mohsin Ahmed is an Executive Director and Chief Architect at Wells Fargo with two decades of experience leading enterprise-scale transformation across Risk, Corporate Finance, GRC, Data, and AI in highly regulated financial institutions. He holds enterprise architecture authority over Corporate Risk, Internal Audit, and Corporate Finance technology, translating regulatory and accounting mandates into target-state architectures that deliver regulator-grade reporting, audit defensibility, and governed AI adoption at scale.
At Wells Fargo, Mohsin originated and architected several of the firm's foundational platforms. These include an industrialized Model Development Lifecycle platform that serves as the system of record for the enterprise model inventory and governs more than 150 regulatory and capital models; a canonical Risk and Finance data architecture spanning a multi-petabyte governed data estate; and an enterprise policy governance platform that consolidated eight fragmented systems into a single active compliance-oversight capability. Most recently, he conceived and architected the firm's end-to-end agentic AI orchestration platform a governed, reusable framework for building and operating AI agents in regulated environments, with a patent filing in preparation which today underpins a policy-intelligence capability serving more than 240,000 employees.
Earlier, over a seven-year tenure at MetricStream, Mohsin led large-scale GRC and Internal Audit transformations for global institutions including Bank of America and Mazars. He speaks and writes on model risk governance, enterprise policy governance, and responsible agentic AI, and is recognized for bridging regulatory interpretation, business strategy, and enterprise technology execution.

Hayat Amin

Hayat Amin

Hayat Amin operates as a fractional C-suite executive — CFO, COO, and Chief Strategy Officer — for venture-backed startups across three time zones: New York City, London, and Dubai. He plugs into companies at the inflection point between seed and Series A, where the founder is still doing finance in a spreadsheet, ops is informal, and growth is starting to outpace the team's operating discipline. Within 90 days he typically rebuilds the financial model, installs board-grade reporting, and hands the team a 12-month runway plan tied to growth metrics that actually move the business.
In parallel he runs as an AI agent operator: designing, deploying, and supervising production agent stacks that handle real workloads — content engines, sales pipelines, finance reconciliation, customer support. He treats agents the way a CFO treats hires: with KPIs, performance reviews, and a clear ROI threshold.
His third practice is IP and data strategy. He builds patent portfolios for technology founders, valuates data assets the way investment bankers valuate revenue lines, and shows operators how to defend a moat increasingly made of training data, prompts, and proprietary workflow. Hayat has shipped three exits as an operator and speaks internationally on the future of work, human purpose in a post-AI economy, and the new operating model for fractional leadership.
