Boise, Idaho native Brad Frazer is a 1985 cum laude graduate of Brigham Young University Provo and a 1988 graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he earned a position on the College’s law review. After law school, he received his Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Utah.

From 1989 to 1997, Brad was a commercial litigator at the Boise law firm Elam and Burke, becoming a shareholder in 1997. In 1997, Brad accepted an in-house position as Senior Intellectual Property Counsel with Fortune 1000 company Micron Electronics, Inc., and remained with Micron Electronics through its merger with Atlanta-based Interland, Inc., (now Web.com), the nation’s largest web hosting company, eventually becoming Deputy General Counsel to Interland. From June 2003 to February 2006, Brad was with MPC Computers, LLC, a major hardware OEM, where he also served as Deputy General Counsel and managed all Internet, IP, and IT legal functions.

Brad is now a partner at Hawley Troxell Ennis & Hawley, LLP, Idaho's largest law firm. Roman Basi, raised in Southern Illinois, began his working career at a young age umpiring little league baseball games. He spent his teenage and college years working for his father’s varied business interests. These experiences helped develop his future interest in helping small business owners fulfill their business and succession plans.

He graduated from Millikin University obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science Degree with a minor in Psychology. After receiving his degree, he continued his studies earning an MBA from Southern Illinois University with an emphasis in Accounting. He continued on to law school receiving his JD (law degree) from Southern Illinois University. He is a licensed attorney in Illinois, Missouri, Florida and Arizona. Roman is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, and admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court. Roman is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
