Nasly Duarte

Nasly Duarte

Nasly Duarte is a Miami-based operations accountant with 20 years of experience across construction, insurance restoration, manufacturing, retail, and trade services. These are the same physical environments now being transformed by autonomous systems, humanoid robotics, and smart building technology.

She is the founder of Mindful Dollar, a financial architecture firm that designs autonomous operating systems for business owners under the principle of Doing More With Less. Her work sits at the intersection of how physical operations generate financial data, how that data moves through an organization, and how AI systems are beginning to act on it without human checkpoints.

Nasly is pursuing her BS in Applied Artificial Intelligence at Miami Dade College, home of Florida's first applied AI degree program. Her academic work focuses on transaction systems for autonomous financial workflows.

Two decades of sedentary desk work did real damage to her body before she understood the cost. That experience became the foundation of her Balance Problem framework, which identifies the physical health crisis hiding inside every conversation about the future of knowledge work. She documents her recovery and research publicly through her Think Like a Healer series.

She is the originator of two futurist frameworks shaping her speaking practice.

1. The Interchange describes the coming convergence of tech workers acquiring trade skills and trade workers acquiring AI tools — not because the market forces them to, but because their bodies and brains require it.

2. Buildings Are the New Computers argues that physical environments are already the most undervalued data infrastructure in the AI economy, and that the workers generating that data deserve equity in the systems being built from it.

Her talks challenge organizations to stop training workers for the economy of five years ago and start positioning workers as equity participants in the AI systems being built today. She brings to every stage the perspective of someone who has spent two decades inside the operations layer, not observing it from the outside.

She is based in Florida and speaks nationally on autonomous business systems, smart building economics, workforce equity in the AI economy, the Balance Problem, The Interchange, and financial architecture for the autonomous enterprise.

Ethan Heller

Ethan Heller

Ethan Heller has shaped his professional journey through discipline, steady focus, and thoughtful decision-making under pressure. At Lehigh University, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business & Economics with a major in Finance and a minor in Management. He consistently earned Dean’s List honors and graduated with the highest academic honors.

During college, Ethan competed as a Division I baseball player and spent 20-25 hours/week on practice, games, and leadership development. Although an injury ended his athletic career, he remained involved in the sport by helping coaches use performance data to develop training strategies. This helped him learn how to simplify complex information and make decisions when conditions were uncertain.

Ethan's early private equity experience came through multiple internships, where he worked directly with senior management and portfolio company executives. He spoke with over 20 executives across different industries and learned how organizations think about growth, culture, and long-term direction. He also presented acquisition analyses directly to a CEO and contributed to product development discussions for a portfolio company. He completed pricing and industry analysis for a prototype product with multimillion-dollar implications.

After graduation, Ethan began his career at a private equity firm as a Project Specialist. His role centered on execution-focused work with measurable financial benefits across portfolio companies. He analyzed fuel usage and cost structures for aircraft operations and developed break-even models to improve flight activity and reduce inefficiencies. He also created an inventory system for nationwide consolidation, helping reduce costs and streamline operations.

Ethan later led a cost-reduction program that delivered over $300k in annualized savings and supported stronger cash flow and financial stability. He also provided daily liquidity analyses to maintain flexible capital allocation. During asset restructuring, he worked on financial planning and analysis for real estate deals across multiple states, helping guide decisions about purchases, sales, and long-term planning.

In 2025, Ethan joined LUMA Financial Group, where he works with clients in various industries. He uses financial modeling, budgeting, and performance tracking to help businesses understand key metrics and make clearer investment and operational decisions.

Ethan also founded and serves as managing partner of an investment holding company focused on traditional and alternative investments, including real estate, public markets, and cryptocurrency. He trades Nasdaq-100 futures contracts and is also the managing partner in a real estate holding company with residential and commercial properties in several states.

Ethan Heller also values purpose, service, and accountability. He has trained younger team members, supported charitable and humanitarian organizations, helped with food insecurity initiatives, and spoken with donors about international programs for orphaned children.
