I’m 43 years old and came to the US in 2015 to work in hospitality. After facing many challenges, I decided to pivot and pursue my real estate license in 2020. Since then, I’ve been dedicated to real estate full-time.

Born in France in 1980, I completed my education there. My journey in the US has been tough, but those challenges have only fueled my drive. Initially, my goal was to open a restaurant here, just like I had in France. But as time went on, I realized that my true passion lay in real estate.

Today, I can say that real estate is where I belong. Every obstacle I've faced has only reinforced my commitment to this field. If you’re navigating your challenges, remember that they’re often the stepping stones to discovering what you’re truly meant for.

Thank you.

An entrepreneur with a main focus on business expansion, establishing market positions and developing cutting-edge and environmentally friendly materials. I help construction professionals not only in the selection of materials, but also in the search for effective solutions.

With over a decade of experience in architecture and design, a significant part of my career has been dedicated to technical specification, contributing to notable national and international projects that have achieved LEED and WELL certifications for sustainable construction and well-being.

As the founder of Mood Design, I seek innovation and technology through sustainability.
Our focus is to bring the best solutions in the world for exteriors (facades).

In 2023, we launched the world's first table that captures carbon during the largest design fair in the world, marking a pioneering feat in Brazilian technology. The Ópera table, inaugurated at Milan Design Week, incorporates design elements inspired by the architectural landscape of Curitiba. The capital of Paraná in the 1990s, paying homage to its parks, public spaces and innovative urban language. The inspiration was the city of Curitiba as that was where I grew up and lived my whole life.

The table's design is also inspired by Roman architectural aesthetics, mixing modernity with antiquity and presenting a fusion of local and global influences.

The Ópera table features Active®, an ultra-compact coating (6 mm thick) with advanced technological attributes, with emphasis on carbon capture.

This unique coating, applied to the table surface, effectively removes pollutants and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the surrounding air through a photocatalytic process, facilitated by ambient light and humidity.

Additionally, Active® offers antibacterial and antiviral properties, including 99% efficacy against SARS-CoV-2, along with anti-odor and self-cleaning capabilities. It has several international certifications, including ISO and LEED, and contributes to 11 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

We presented at the "Innovation for Living" exhibition, organized by Designtech in collaboration with Isola Design District and Designwanted, held in "La Cattedrale" (Via Mario Pannunzio, 3) in Certosa. The exhibition, curated by renowned design firm Pinininfarina, highlighted innovative solutions for contemporary living.

Kelsey Jordan

Kelsey Jordan

As an experienced architectural, interior, and graphic designer in St. Louis, Kelsey Jordan’s visions for the future of architecture strongly involve embedded ideologies on designing for equity in education and diversity in the built environment. Through research and practice she has been able to understand how health and wellness can be implemented to effect positive change within communities that face multifaceted issues like obesity, food deserts, poverty, educational attainment, and systemic racism in educational environments. Her first pragmatic approach to wellness in education was due to the dynamics between poverty, food deserts, obesity, and poor graduation rates plaguing Mississippi - the worst of any state at the time. Through interdisciplinary research, she designed a curriculum and educational facility in Mississippi which incorporated agriculture curriculum, which yielded enough produce to combat food scarcity for these students and their families, along with passive, evidence-based design strategies associated with higher graduation rates and mentally and physically healthier lifestyles. Due to the educational facility’s design excellence, the community can confront multifaceted issues through design. Currently as an architectural designer, Jordan utilizes her passion for design equity to create stimulating future-focused learning environments. She seeks to continuously advocate for design in terms of wellness, equity, diversity & inclusion, and finds joy in situations where she can participate as an advocate for clients and community. Serving as chair for and on various organizations, she works directly with underrepresented students to teach life skills through architecture to help drive future equality and stability. Recently she has been featured on Beyond the Built Environment as a diverse designer representing diverse designers in Missouri.
