Born on the blockchain in 2020, Henry the Grape has always been fascinated with all that Web3 can offer the world. Since the early days of cryptocurrencies, Henry maintained an affinity for all things Ethereum. As the blockchain grew, and Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) became widely adopted, Henry decided he wanted to help grow the NFT community. Andrew Bielanski is an Environmental Engineer within the Water Division at USEPA’s Region 5 Office in Chicago, IL. He is responsible for oversight of both the Clean Water State Revolving Fund and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund programs. Prior to returning to Chicago in 2008 Mr. Bielanski worked within the Office of Water at USEPA headquarters for approximately eight years. He worked in the national Clean Water State Revolving Fund program and was also involved in the area of water infrastructure earmarks as well as positions focusing on water security and drinking water system capacity development. Mr. Bielanski began his professional career in Chicago and worked as an engineer for USEPA’s Air and Radiation enforcement program, at several private companies, and has served in the Peace Corps (Poland). He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a MS in Environmental Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
