I'm a Solution Architect working in New Zealand's banking sector, and I consult and advise on AI, Data, and Enterprise Architecture. I've spent years designing and delivering technology solutions in enterprise environments. Some of them worked beautifully. Some of them taught me more than I expected.

That's probably the most honest thing I can say about my experience: I've been close enough to the mistakes to understand why they keep happening. Organizations that over-invest in credentials while under-investing in trust. Teams that confuse effort with progress. Leaders who chase tooling trends and wonder why the business outcomes never follow. I've been in those rooms. I've made some of those calls myself.

What I bring to a stage is not a framework or a methodology. It's pattern recognition from delivery, the kind you only get from building things, watching them break, and figuring out what actually went wrong (not what the post-mortem said went wrong).

My advisory work sits at the intersection of technology strategy and business performance. I work with executives and technical leaders on enterprise data and AI maturity, cloud architecture, and the operating model decisions that quietly determine whether a technology investment delivers value or just burns budget. Prayer Chinaza Nwagboso is a Nigerian humanitarian leader, social entrepreneur, and global advocate advancing equitable access to education, gender equality, and sustainable community development across underserved and crisis-affected regions.
She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Naza Agape Foundation, a multi-country nonprofit organization committed to delivering tuition-free education, humanitarian support, and livelihood opportunities to vulnerable children, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and women. Since its establishment in 2018, the foundation has impacted over 20,000 beneficiaries across Africa and Asia, supported by a growing network of more than 500 volunteers worldwide.
Nwagboso’s work is distinguished by her grassroots-to-global approach, having initiated education programs within internally displaced communities in Northern Nigeria, creating access to structured learning where none previously existed. Her model integrates education, welfare, and empowerment, aligning with key United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 4 (Quality Education), and SDG 5 (Gender Equality).
